The Space:

This beautiful home located at ChampionsGate is perfect for your next Orlando vacation. Big enough for the whole family with its 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, this fantastic house can host up to 22 guests at a time.



The private back sundeck is a haven for chilling out on lounge chairs while topping off your tan. Enjoy sizzling burgers on the barbecue, or having a dip in the pool. The screened-in lanai is surrounded by a grassy area, which offers added privacy and space for lawn games.



Our open-concept living area is designed with plenty of room to spread out and relax. You’ll be kept entertained with the in-home games room, featuring family favs like foosball and air hockey. Parking:

• Up to 4 vehicles can park in the driveway, with additional parking available in the street to the front and side of the house. Parking is also available at the Oasis Clubhouse only during the day.



Property Access:

• Guests will enter the community via a locked gate monitored by a security guard.



Reminders from Oasis Club:

• NO overnight parking is allowed in the Oasis Club parking lots.

• For questions about street parking rules, residents should contact the HOA team.

• Dumpsters at the Oasis Club are for restaurant use only — residential trash is not permitted.

• For questions about trash disposal, residents should contact the Masters or Retreat HOA.



Guest registration and parking rules:

• All visiting guests must be registered prior to arrival or they will be denied entry.

• Parking rules: park in the correct direction, avoid blocking sidewalks/driveways, do not park on grass or yellow areas, and keep fire lanes, hydrants, and gates clear—violations may result in towing.

Please note the booking platform only allows one pet to be selected; if bringing a second pet, the additional fee will be collected after booking.

Additional Services:

• Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!

• Pool and hot tub heating are available upon request and are not included in the booking price. The fee is $45/night per service or $79/night for both, with a 2-night minimum. At least 24 hours’ notice is required if you would like to add this service.

• Rent a Pack 'n play for $39 (one-time fee)

• Rent a highchair for $29 (one-time fee)



House Rules:

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets.

4. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

• If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.



Safety:

• Safety is of the utmost importance for our family when we travel and we have provided nothing less than our expectations for your family/group. Our home is equipped with at least 1 additional child safety lock on every exterior door, a pool gate, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, a first aid kit and postings with local emergency contacts and pool safety/emergency information.
