• Smart doorbells and security cameras in exterior spaces only for safety and privacy.
• Trip insurance is available through third parties like Insure My Trip.
• Personally owned and managed home maintained in top condition.
• Our home and neighbors must be treated with respect. While great for entertaining, this is not a "party house." No big parties/weddings/large gatherings beyond booking capacity without prior approval. Quiet times (10pm-8am) strictly enforced.

Plenty of parking:
3 garage spots:
• One full-size space for full-size SUV (not extended SUV/truck)
• Second garage (middle door): two tandem spots for two smaller cars or one large vehicle
• Spaces don't accommodate lifted/oversized/extended vehicles or wide mirrors
• Left garage door for golf cart only
• Plenty of additional parking on Avila Beach Drive in front of the house on either side of the street

-- WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY DETAILS --

• Not ADA approved, but wheelchair accessible to some bedrooms and all floors/common areas via elevator. One master bedroom designed for wheelchair accessibility (room, bathroom, shower, and restroom).
• No handles in bedroom/bathroom/shower/restroom areas and no shower seat. Cabinet/faucet heights not at wheelchair level. Kitchen nook table has wheelchair space.
• Wheelchair access from garage or front door. Front door access is limited by curb transition unless using van with side door access directly to sidewalk. More details are available on request.
