This is our second home and we are looking for guests who will treat both our home and our neighbors with respect. If you are looking for a 'party house' please look elsewhere. Security will be called if rules are not followed. We do not allow parties, weddings or other large gatherings without Owner approval during booking. Quiet times are between 10pm and 8am, for respect to our neighbors, and the Avila Beach Colony Drive Ordinances.
