Positioned between South Beach Marina and Harbour Town, this home offers the rare combination of peaceful seclusion and easy access to everything the Lowcountry has to offer.

 

The space

Spanning 2,342 sq. ft., the open interior is designed for gathering and unwinding in equal measure. Cheerful coastal colors and comfortable furnishings set a relaxed tone throughout. The living area is well-suited for movie nights and games, while the dining table seats eight for shared meals. In the kitchen, a breakfast bar with seating for three is ideal for quick morning coffee before a day on the water. A dedicated workspace and strong Wi-Fi mean those who need to stay connected can do so without compromise.

 

Outdoor living

Step outside and the backyard becomes the centerpiece of your stay. A private pool - equipped with a system that both heats and cools for year-round use - is framed by swaying palms and adjoined by a poolside dining area. Beyond the pool, a private dock overlooks peaceful waterways, offering direct access to the lagoon system. Two kayaks are provided for guests to launch directly from the dock. A BBQ grill rounds out the outdoor setup for evenings spent cooking and eating al fresco.

 

Getting around

Sea Pines is laced with scenic bike paths and easy residential roads that make island exploration simple. Sea Pines Beach Path #23 is a short seven-minute walk away, leading directly to the Atlantic shoreline. The resort's championship golf, tennis facilities, and natural beaches are all within easy reach.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to 8 guests across four bedrooms. Each room is thoughtfully furnished for restful nights and unhurried mornings. A Pack 'n Play/travel crib is available for families traveling with little ones.

 

Practical details

The home includes a full kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking basics. In-home washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, iron, hangers, and bed linens are all provided. The property features a smart lock for self check-in and a private entrance. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher are on-site for peace of mind. Dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi are available throughout.

Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.



Pool and/or spa heating is available for an additional fee and can be arranged after your booking is confirmed. We kindly ask that heating is ordered in advance of the stay. If the outdoor temperature falls below 60 degrees, the pool heater may not function properly and the pool may not reach the desired temperature. Please note that no refunds will be issued if the pool heating equipment cannot maintain the temperature.

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! Sea Pines provides a complimentary seasonal trolley service that helps guests and residents travel around the resort without using a car. The trolley connects major destinations such as Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina, and The Shops at Sea Pines Center, making it easy to access beaches, dining, and shopping throughout the community.
