Maison de luxe 6bdrm 6bath à seulement quelques pas de la plage (18 personnes). Piscine chauffée et bain à remous. 8 téléviseurs dans la maison. Câble, Roku, AppleTV. Wifi. AC, toutes les commodités de la maison. À quelques pas du sentier pédestre (pas de route à traverser) se trouve la plage. Large, belle plage peu fréquentée (pas près de l'accès à la plage publique). 10 minutes de marche sur la plage jusqu'au Sea Pines Beach Club, bar, restaurant, lieu de rencontre avec musique live. Fabuleux golf à proximité. Essayez Heron Point, Atlantic Dunes ou les cours PGA Heritage Classic - tous à moins de 5 minutes en voiture. Cette maison de vacances est très proche de la plage, chemin de plage privé juste devant la porte arrière. Pas d'accès à la plage publique, donc notre plage est très paisible et peu fréquentée.
4 lits, une chambre avec 4 lits superposés, une chambre avec un lit gigogne et 2 canapés-lits. 6 chambres avec chacune une salle de bain complète.
La chaleur du spa est sans frais supplémentaires, la chaleur de la piscine est un supplément de 400 $ / semaine. Mais la chaleur de la piscine n'est certainement pas nécessaire d'avril à octobre. L'été est une heure de grande écoute sur Hilton Head. Mais le printemps et l'automne sont très agréables à Hilton Head, parfaits pour la plage, le golf, le tennis et le vélo tout simplement parce qu'il n'y a pas autant de monde et pas aussi chaud. Les restaurants sont ouverts mais facilement accessibles et peu fréquentés. Profitez du football universitaire ou professionnel dans le bar local de votre équipe.

HHI family beach vacation

This was our first time staying at this property and it was delightful. Perfect location for the beach, great pool area and home layout. Our host communication was always a quick response with clear and useful information. All in all, this is a favorite and we plan to return in 2025.

Great family week

The house was great for our group. The house was nice and the right size for us. Very nice pool/hot tub and outside space. Plenty of amenities provided. The only change I would say is necessary is a new showerhead in the master. Other than that, we had the experience we expected based on the description and interaction with the owner.

What a beautiful home!

This home had everything! The pool was perfect! We had 16 people from the ages of 20 to 74 and everyone had a great time. There was room for everyone. The home was well stocked with everything from spices to pool toys. We could not recommend more!

Great House Great Location

Everybody in our party of 18 (one infant, 6 kids ages 5-10) and 11 adults loved the house - it is very spacious, with lots of light from the big windows, high ceilings and soundproofing. The infinity pool was fantastic. Everything was as described by the owners. Short, safe walk to the beach. It was ideal for our family. reunion.

Wonderful Relaxing Week Stay!

The house was beautiful, clean, huge, perfect for our family group of 9 people. So nice for everyone to have their own bathroom, and to be able to have our dogs with us. We made the short walk to the beach at least once a day, lounged in the pool and hot tub (paid to heat them because the last week in March can be chilly), rode our bikes from there all over Sea Pines, used the awesome outdoor grill, and cooked in the very well-equipped kitchen. Communication was great and our questions were answered very quickly. Thank you for a great week!!

Family Trip - August 2023

We take a family trip with our kids and grandkids nearly every year. This home was the best rental we’ve ever stayed in. I only fear that the bar has been risen too high for any future trips. The close location To the beach was nice. The new pool and patio area are supreme. Our grandkids had a blast in it all week as well as the adults. I honestly cannot think of one negative. I had to contact the owner a few times and he responded very quickly. If I ever return to HHI, I will definitely book here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Worth hitting the save for summer 2023!

Positives: The # of rooms and space were very nice! Rooms were very quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook large meals and refrigerator space for the whole family. Plenty of space to move around inside. Big windows to let in the light. We enjoyed the week despite the construction to the pool/patio area. Arrived to find a nice welcome basket of chips and salsa and wine along with passes to the Harbortowne pool. The new pool/patio will be awesome when complete! The beach area was terrific. We love the wide beach and easy access! Thanks for a week of memories! The kids loved the bunks and upstairs TV. Negatives: The large open living area had little sound absorption so lots of echoing when talking, cooking or watching TV. The grill worked but difficult to control temp as burners were not working properly. Communication about the renovation left room for interpretation based on the pictures in the VRBO ad and general communication with host. Be aware that it is a complete reconstruction of the pool area—the pool and patio in the VRBO pic do not exist. It would really help renters if they could see what is presently taking place with pics through messaging. Not a deal breaker just want people to know the info. As a renter, it would be helpful to see the space and know expected work schedules while on vacation for this type of construction. The host did provide a big discount. This one is definitely worth checking out for summer of 2023! We love HHI!

Perfect location and house

We LOVED our stay. The location is amazing…easy walk to the wide open beach, fun bike ride or walk to the beach club. The house had room for our whole group. Owners were great and super easy to work with! We can’t wait to come back!

Thanksgiving Stay

The house is a great house with lots of room. Unfortunately, the pool, spa and deck is dated. The owner is replacing. The pool leaked and the water turned green during our stay. We had paid to heat the pool but the family couldn't swim or use the spa because of the condition of the water. The home was presented as a luxury home but the pool/spa was not in that condition.

Beautiful home!

This home is stunning! The natural light was amazing throughout. We were a couple of minutes from the beach, path right behind the house. This allowed us daily puppy walks at daybreak. We spent more time on the beach because we were so close! We had plenty of space with enough privacy between all of the rooms. We loved having the extra living room for the gaming system our kids brought. The pool and spa were great - I can't wait to see the upgrades next year! We will return to this house. We loved bringing our two dogs with us. The owner was a delight to work with at every stage. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Fantastic Property

Loved our stay! House was clean and very spacious. Plenty of room for lots of guests. We had 8 adults and 3 kits and still had room for more. A quick 2 minute walk to the beach right out the back door! Would stay here again in the future! Owners were wonderful and accommodating.

Great House!

This property was perfect for our three large families. Finding a home with 4 king beds and each having en-suite bathrooms is almost impossible and this house fit the bill perfectly! Well appointed in the kitchen and beach gear, too. Our only complaint was the tight parking for our three vehicles— the driveway was so small and the garage was not an option to park or even use to turn the SUV’s around. However, that was not a deal breaker for us and it’s certainly a home we would stay in again!

Friendly and functional house

This house fit our needs very well. We had eight to ten adults. Each bedroom with it’s own bathroom means a lot when it’s a house full adults. The large living are with the big windows makes you feel like you’re outside even when you’re inside. The beach is just the best. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed many dinners around the big table. Everyone was delighted with this house. The pool added to the relaxing on this vacation.

We love it in Hilton Head. Amazing beach just steps away. 10 min walk to the Sea Pines Beach Club for live music and restaurant and beach bar! Close to world class golf, Heron Point, Atlantic Dunes, and Sea Pines Harbour Town PGA courses are all within minutes. We also love playing tennis and there is great tennis here as well. Just up the street the Vandermeer tennis center offers daily instruction and open play.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Great house. Big enough for grandparents to bring down their kids and grandchildren and all stay together. Each of the six bedrooms has it's own bathroom, so each family can have their own space. Dining room is big enough for everyone. Modern TVs with Roku as well as good old fashioned cable. Huge fully stocked kitchen. Great pool and hot tub with heat for an extra cost (not necessary to heat the pool in the summer). Such a convenient location.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Staying here for Heritage PGA week is absolutely the BEST. Make sure to go to Heritage on Thursday to get right up next to your favorite golf pros as they challenge themselves on the Sea Pines Harbour Town course. The weather is wonderful here in the Fall and the Sping for golf and tennis. And everyone loves the beautiful summers for hitting the beach.
