Make your island vacation dreams come true at 17 Baynard Cove, beautifully sited on one of the most exclusive roads in all of Sea Pines, and conveniently positioned right in between South Beach Marina & Harbour Town. Also, strong Wi-Fi makes this the perfect location to stay awhile, work/school remotely, and then head to the beach or enjoy other island adventures.

This fabulous 4 bedroom, 4 bath house provides an almost magical setting with splashes of cheery interior colors, lovely and comfortable furnishings, and gorgeous landscaping decorating the outside. Swaying palm trees are nature's music, softly punctuated by the sound of everyone playing in your private pool with new system that will heat or cool. Plan your adventures, big or small, around the dining table that seats 8. The outside dining area around the pool is ideal for enjoying fresh-brewed coffee and breakfast prepared in the well-appointed kitchen. Grab an afternoon snack at the breakfast bar seating 3. The generous living space is perfect for hosting a game or movie night for family and friends, so don't forget to pack the popcorn!

Do you like to fish? Bring the rods and reels and fish off your private dock! Launch the kayaks (2 are provided) off the dock and navigate the endless waterways. You'll see a lot of people biking in the Sea Pines area, another great way to explore the island. With all 17 Baynard Cove has to offer, you may never want to leave! But, if you can tear yourself away from this amazing setting, you'll want to take a 7-minute walk, accessing Sea Pines Beach Path #23, to the warm, white sands on the beach where hypnotic sounds of ocean waves lapping against the seashore will soothe you. Wiggle your toes in the sand, bring a picnic basket for stargazing as the brilliant stars decorate the dark sky at night, casting a beautiful glow on the ocean waters. Enjoy delectable dishes at any of the fine restaurants, find fabulous fashion at the many unique boutiques, golf, play tennis, take in some culture at a museum. Wonderful Family Property

This beautiful home had everything! Pool, dock for fishing and kayaking, short bike ride to beaches, and , of course, Hilton Head Island- it doesn't get better than that!!

Great property!

Great property! This house is in an excellent location. The living/dining area is huge and exactly like the photos. Pool and outdoor area is great. One thing I will mention is that for large groups, the kitchen lacks for a number of basic things: stemware, r glasses, non stick pans, measuring cups, paper products, scissors, and several other basics I would expect a place to have for the price. Overall, an excellent spot.

Loved this property

We could not have enjoyed a property more. The pool was wonderful with shaded sections throughout the day. The walk to the beach wasn’t long. There were multiple seating options in the living area and we loved that the dining table seated 10. The kitchen was well furnished with everything we needed, as we cook all 3 meals every day. We especially enjoyed the griddle and the prep area with its own sink. The air conditioning worked well and we made good use of the 2nd refrigerator. The house was well supplied with soaps, cleaner, and paper products. Laundry detergent was a nice bonus. Thanks so much for all these supplies. 2 suggestions: please sharpen the kitchen knives and add a dish drainer. Overall: great property and outstanding management company.

Wonderful location for families

Kids loved pool and tidewater river. Fishing and two kayaks were big hit with teens. Half mile walk to lovely beach. House smaller than pictured but adequate for five adults, two little kids and two teens. Most time spent in pool and around large dock. Resident alligator fun to watch.

An Incredible Trip!!

We loved everything about the house!!!!Our family from NZ adored the pool and even the hot weather as they left their winter to come to see us!!! We are so thrilled that we got to be together...and your wonderful house was the perfect spot for our gathering! Thank you so much for some wonderful memories of Hilton zhead!!!!!! Super cute house! Loved the pool, the dock & the house set up. I would say the need to replace the mattress in the back left bedroom but everything else was great!

The living room/kitchen area was large and spacious, the perfect area for everyone to hang out, cook dinner, and have 4 children play without feeling cramped. The bedrooms were all comfortable with plenty of space and the closet in the master bedroom was even able to fit 2 pack and plays perfectly for a great baby sleep area. We all enjoyed the 2 kayaks provided, the pool was a wonderful size for both kids and adults to enjoy, and we enjoyed hours of fishing straight off the dock. The house is an easy 5 min walk to the beach and right on the amazing bike trails. We definitely would return again

Great location

The place overall is really great. We loved kayaking on the waterway and it was perfect to come in for a swim after a day on the beach. The home was well stocked and management company was great. The only thing I would say is that I wished the bed linens and towels had been softer. That change would make the place perfect!

Great Family Vacation

Grandparents, adult children and 2 grandchildren had a great stay at this home! Everyone had their own bedroom and bath. The family area was perfect - kitchen, double living area and dining room all in one area. The pool and dock to fish on provided constant entertainment for everyone. Short walk to beach - even little ones did it! Golfing (miniature for kids and beautiful courses for adult!) biking, pirate adventure, lighthouse, restaurants! So much to do!

Fabulous Family Find!

This was an amazing find for our first family vacation. Three sets of adults and one toddler met here for a week, and were thoroughly delighted with the house and the setting. The online pictures acurately captured the beauty of the house and the yard, but could not possibly convey the spaciousness and sense of privacy we felt while staying here. Each couple had a king bed and their own bathroom, which was an important feature for us. The kitchen was well-appointed and could accommodate several cooks. The extra fridge in the garage was a bonus for beverages and big leftovers. The living area had room enough for reading, conversations, and an active toddler with toys. The neighborhood provided plenty of calm roadways for stroller and walking, the beach was just a quick walk away, and the pool and water views were relaxing. Amenities were handy, including groceries, restaurants, and ice cream, and a local plaza had a small but fun farmer / craft market one day. The whole process, from booking to arrival, was thoughtful, communication was thorough, and we felt supported and welcomed. Fun addition was the guest portal with information and communication capabilities. The few times we needed to contact our host we could do so quickly and we received a prompt response. The VRBO bar was set very high with this host and property and if we return to this area I would book this house again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Great location

We really enjoyed the vacation and the accommodation. The pool was nice and we rented bikes, which was so much fun with all the nice bike paths. The house was clean and no major issues. The door locks could be tightened up with a screwdriver.

Perfect House for a Family Vacation

This was a perfect house for our trip. The pool was great and the kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and in nearby ponds. The walk to the beach was short and there is a wagon provided, which was nice. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Property

The house was beautiful and spacious for our group of 4 adults and 3 small children. The dock was an added bonus and provided hours of crabbing and fishing fun.

This was the first time staying off the beach and we loved the dock and waterway in the back. We kayaked and fished from the dock daily. It’s about a ten minute walk to the beach- we rented a beach wagon to help. Host2Coast was responsive to any message and made the process of renting very easy. Definitely will rent with them again.

Summer 2022 vacation

This vacation house was perfect for our needs. We had 4 adults and 3 kids under age 4. Ranch style house made no worries about stairs with the kids. The house was very clean upon arrival. The open floor plan and pool were perfect. Beach towels were much appreciated! We didn’t use the boats/dock. The inlet water level fluctuates a lot so we wouldn’t need that next time but it did not negatively effect our stay.
