This second floor, end unit has been completely renovated and is just steps from the ocean! You will enjoy 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with an open floor plan. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, an over the stove microwave as well as a dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with tableware, cookware & all utensils. You will enjoy 2 TV's 1 in the living room and 1 in the master bedroom. We also have a DVD player with an extensive library & an in-unit stack-able washer & dryer. It will comfortably sleep 4.

We loved staying here! It was so nice having everything we needed at the condo. They had even bought me a new coffee pot while we were there. :) Hoping to get back there again!!

Great Stay in Cocoa Beach

Superb location for this unit where you can park the car and walk to grocery, shops, and restaurants. The community like most in the area is dated but clean. The unit has been updated with a nice kitchen, floors, and bath. Being on the top floor was great and having in unit washer and dryer was amazing (not all units have them). The quick 2 min walk to the beach via community walkway was easy and the unit had beach chairs, pickle ball racquets and was nicely furnished. Watching multiple rocket launches during our stay from the beach was icing on the cake of our trip.

A Week in Sandy's Paradise

This was an excellent place to stay and visit the beach. The property was clean, fully stocked with amenities, and close to a quiet beach. The owner went above and beyond with communicating with us about procedures and needs. If you're staying in Cocoa Beach, then this property should be top priority. Will definitely book again the next time we are in Cocoa Beach.

The condo was very beautiful, well kept and you can tell it has recently been updated. Amenities were above and beyond! The Host was great...made sure we had everything we needed and communicated well! Great location! Would have no problem staying here again.

Amazing Beach Getaway

Sandy was an excellent host…she made sure we had everything we needed for our two weeks @the beach. The condo has been updated with comfortable living room furniture as well as comfortable mattresses on the beds. The washer dryer and the dishwasher were excellent. The beach was a very short walk away and the pool is close as well. The complex is well maintained and we felt very safe. The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. We saw several rocket launches that were absolutely amazing from the beach. I highly recommend a stay in Sandy’s beach getaway!

Cute & Cozy

First, it was exactly like the pictures....which is not often the case. It was tastefully remodeled and thoughtfully stocked. This condo had lots of beach items, chairs, towels, umbrella, pail/shovels and all in good condition. Speaking of the beach, the beach was easily accessed and just steps from the condo. The owner, Sandy, was easy to work with and even checked in with us to see if we had any questions after our arrival. Loved our time here. Would definitely stay here again.

I’m so glad that I booked the Iris’ ocean view property for two months. The unit was spotless and well organized. Sandy and I communicated often and she made sure that I had everything I needed. It was easy to access the beach and view several exciting rocket launches. I highly recommend this property.

So wonderful we are staying here again!

This 2nd-floor unit in the Diplomat is close to the ocean and away from any road noise. It has been newly renovated to a fresh, clean, and relaxing beach atmosphere and was stocked with everything we could possibly need; including numerous small appliances, a beach umbrella & chairs, and consumables like toilet paper, spices, and coffee to get us started. The washer and dryer are brand new! The location is perfect...walking distance to the Cocoa Beach Pier, shops, and almost right across the road from a grocery store. The owners are kind and very attentive if you need anything. We didn't want to leave and can hardly wait to get back there again next year

Great Location & Unit

I enjoyed this unit for a month. The photos accurately depict the unit's condition and cleanliness - it was immaculate. The owner was available and promptly responded to issues/questions. The location to the beach was great with views of the cruises departing Port Canaveral and rocket launches. The only negative (which is subjective) is that I did not find the mattress (foam/gel?) to be comfortable - tho I did get plenty of sleep.

Best Hosts Ever!

This is our second stay at this condo and we hope to return for many more years. The condo is always clean and the hosts make sure there are all the little things you need to feel at home. There are plenty of pots & pans, dishes, small appliances, beach chairs and almost anything else you could possibly need. There is a Publix across the road and many other shopping opportunities in walking distance. Hosts live nearby and were a great help solving problems that popped up (from working the remote for the giant tv to finding a good mechanic!) Really the only challenge we experience at this condo is choosing whether to walk the 2 minutes to the beach or the pool first.

Cute and cozy condo!

We had a great time. Condo is well equipped and appreciated the little things like laundry soap, dish soap and extra towels, dish towels, etc. It had beach toys and chairs, towels and umbrella. We rented a surf board and caught little waves right out the front door! Thanks Sandy for making it easy and comfortable! Only 4 stars on cleanliness is more regarding the complex than unit although they did attend to things quickly!

We had a marvelous time. The condo was well appointed. It had everything we needed and then some. The owner adds such a nice personal touch by calling the day before your stay. She was just a phone call away if we had any questions. The unit was updated and incredibly clean.

Relaxing Vacation

The Property looks exactly as pictured on line. Adorably decorated by Sandy Iris, owner totally up-dated by Ed Iris! Very shabby chic beachy decor. Love ,love ,loved our stay! were there for one month 3/15 to 4/15 Would definitely stay again! Unit close to beach entrance! Condominium grounds very well maintained , pool very clean! Friendly people!

My family moved from New York to Florida in 1996 due to my husband's job. We were born in the wrong state as we are all beach lovers. We have 2 full grown married children that have made us grandparents to 10 grand-babies! My favorite day of the week is Sunday, I love to cook a big meal and just spend the day catching up with my family either at home while relaxing by the pool or now at the beach in our beautiful beach condo. I work part time for a bookkeeping company and my husband works as a quality engineer for a military aircraft company. We love where we live but always wanted to be on the beach, so when the opportunity rose to buy a second home we jumped at this unit! When we purchased it we saw what it could become, not what it was and we enjoyed making it homey and relaxing. We look forward to many years of sharing it with Family, friends and you...

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We looked at several properties when we decided to purchase a second home, the main criteria was close to the beach. Who would have thought that we would find a property actually ON the beach? Cocoa Beach has always been one of our favorite day trips, there is nothing like it's sand and relaxed atmosphere. Over the years we have watched Cocoa Beach bloom, it has some of the best restaurants and the BEST miniature golf course (aka, Lighthouse Cove). Our unit is on the second floor, it is an outdoor entrance via a stair walk up and it is an end unit, which makes it a little quieter than most. It is the last group of buildings just before a locked private beach entry. The grounds of the property are very well maintained and the amenities are outstanding. The unit itself has been completely renovated. We updated the kitchen, changed all the cabinets, installed Quartz counters and brand new stainless steel appliances. We updated the bathroom, installed a new comfort height toilet and a modern vanity. The entire unit was painted a relaxing blue, vinyl floors were installed throughout and new linens were purchased for all bedding. We take pride in the final outcome and look forward to becoming your home away from home.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This unit is unique from any other property, it is well maintained, it offers private beach access (key entry required), a community heated pool, shuffle board, tennis and a BBQ grilling area. Imagine a beach with pristine white sand, emerald water and being so close to Cape Canaveral that when a rocket launches the ground beneath your feet rumbles. We are across the street from groceries, a delicious seafood food restaurant and a quaint Irish bar. Also across the street is a dollar store to but the things you may have forgotten to pack and the Red Box rental for your DVDs. We are less than 2 miles to the Cocoa Beach pier and about a a half mile from the world renowned Ron Jon. Won't you check us out?
