Place was steps from the beach, it had everything we needed, chairs, towels,coolerLaura and her husband were very personable and easy to work with. They took care of any concerns we had right away. Beds were very comfortable, would definitely stay here again.

One night stay before a cruise!

We stopped here for a one night stay before our cruise. The condo was so clean and perfect for our family! Access to the beach was amazing and the quaint little neighborhood was fun to be in. Many restaurants were close by too! Would totally stay again!

Excellent location for a relaxing day.

After a very long weekend of soccer for our 15 year olds, this was the perfect spot for a day/night relaxing on the beach with the sound of the waves. Very clean and cute!

Clean and convenient

We stayed for a night before our cruise and this place was perfect. The little touches and thoughtfulness of the owners really makes it great. Things like having plenty of hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes on and luggage stands in the bedrooms just make your stay easier. It is on the second level in the corner so you don't have a direct view of the ocean from the unit itself but the beach boardwalk is a very short walk away. This rental is a great value for all its amenities and is certainly better maintained than all the other rentals or hotels I have stayed at in the area over the last few years. We would definitely come back again.

Booked before Cruise

We booked this property the night before our Cruise. It was absolutely amazing, steps to the beach. We watched three cruise ships sail out of Cape Canaveral that night on the beach it was very relaxing. Our two teens shared the 2nd bedroom which had a queen and twin bed they were very comfortable. Every room had a TV, both bedrooms and the living room. Each bedroom had a charging station with 4 USB ports. A beautiful leather sofa to relax in the living room. We did Uber eats for dinner and breakfast which worked out perfectly, before checking out at 10 am. A $20 over ride to the cruise was smooth and seemless. It was an excellent stay, very clean, and we happened to meet the owners in passing on our way to the Beach that night, they were a pleasant couple! Highly recommend staying here!!!

Fun Mother/daughter trip

This beachfront property is amazing. I don’t think the properties description does it justice. Here is an overview: Location: It is a few steps to the beach. Literally down the stairs and out to the beach. We did not have a car…but there is a beach trolley at the end of the street that takes you up and down the Main Street. There is a Dunkin about 15 minute walk and right across the street from that there is a Publix and a variety of restaurants. Condo: The condo couldn’t be cleaner and stocked with everything you need. The beds/towels/beach towels were all super clean. There are beach chairs, an umbrella and a boogie board for the beach. All appliances in the kitchen were in perfect condition. Host: Lora was super responsive and was there to answer all our questions. Communication was great. There were no issues checking in. I would highly recommend this condo and hope to return myself at some point!!

We are repeat renters for a reason. The place is VERY clean; comfortable beds; everything you’d need to relax. The kitchen also has everything you’d need to cook. The host is very accommodating, and even sent a message to alert us to a ticket launch happening during our stay.Hoping to return next year!

We enjoyed our stay! They had everything we needed for our family of 5. The condo was clean and up to date. The access to the beach is one minutes from the condo and the beach was clean and relaxing. We Would stay there again in the future.
