Great Location on the Beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a perfect location, not congested but close to walkable restaurants and stores. The condo was very clean, view was great, and decorated nicely. It could definitely use a little updating, some things would be minor fixes, like paint touch ups and caulking around showers. It would have been nice if there was some literature in the unit about area restaurants and attractions. There wasn't a pen or pencil in the unit and it's the first time I've ever rented a place without so much as salt and pepper. I left a gift of salt, pepper and pens for the next folks! All in all, I would recommend a stay here.

Nice condo with great beach ocation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All went well with our rental unit 45 at Spanish Main. The condo was clean and all ready for us at check in. Code was sent several times in emails, which was appreciated. we didn't have any complaints and the condo was accurate with the Vrbo listing. This unit wad comfortable and had plenty of towels. we loved the beach and very pleased with the grounds and walkway to the beach. There were beach chairs and umbrellas to use- which was a bonus. Mattresses could be better, but adequate for sleep. We would recommend this property and would stay her again.

Clean and Excellent Location

The condo was clean and comfortable. Located right on the beach and in a good location within Cocoa Beach. It could use updating but we had no complaints other than it would be nice to have exit requirements printed out in the unit. We would stay there again.
