Captivante maison en stuc de style méditerranéen-Avec WIFI-PISCINE chauffée à l'énergie solaire (13x26) à grand écran en véranda et Dock! Plan d'étage à aire ouverte. Nouvelle cuisine - armoires en granit et érable, Grand sol carrelé dans le salon - salle à manger et cuisine, bois stratifié dans les chambres.

Vous avez trouvĂ© votre «maison loin de chez vous». La maison offre un espace de vie spacieux et lumineux avec beaucoup de lumiĂšre naturelle - un snack-bar - une salle Ă  manger complĂšte et une alcĂŽve de lecture. Les 3 chambres sont Ă©galement trĂšs confortables - la plupart sont Ă©quipĂ©es de ventilateurs de plafond. Cette maison est idéalement située à 150 m de l'accÚs à la plage, à quelques pas des commerces, du théùtre et de la gastronomie. Courte distance de golf. La maison se trouve sur un large canal - la vue vous coupera le souffle! La plage est magnifique avec son beau sable blanc expansif et son eau bleu clair. Nous avons des invités qui viennent de toutes les parties du monde à Shell ici sur l'ßle. AprÚs une longue journée «dure» à la plage - il est agréable de se détendre - relax sur la terrasse (meubles de salon + parasol inclus bien sûr) - en sirotant des margaritas fraßches - tout en regardant les bateaux passer ou le dauphin occasionnel.


Vous pouvez également choisir de rester à l'intérieur et de choisir un film à la place - Netflix et HBO sont inclus. La maison est également livrée avec des DVD / bibliothÚque de livres classiques et familiaux et une collection de jeux classiques pour votre usage - La maison comprend un quai et un ascenseur (pouvant contenir jusqu'à 24 pieds) pour les plus aventureux. )

Great Family Vacation

Great place to spend a family vacation. We were able to be together with all the comforts of home. The home is in a great location on Fort Myers Beach. Quick and easy access to the beautiful beach, quiet street and close to many restaurants and shops.

Perfect location and close to the beach!

We had a great stay. The house was perfect for our family and a short walk to the beach. Dana was wonderful and even checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Loved the pool and location was great! The kitchen was pretty much stocked with anything you would need. Thank you, Dana for a great stay!

Fort Myers Gem

Great quiet location, close to the beach, relaxing pool and its on a on a canal. House is clean and very roomy, supplied with everything to make our stay even better. I would highly recommend this property to our friends and extended family.

Family Summer Fun

We had an awesome time during our stay! Dana was awesome and addressed everything timely and efficiently as needed. The pool was switched from chlorine to salt water and the screen was replaced all while we were enjoying our stay! None of this bothered us while enjoying the house! It was such a great experience that the whole family enjoyed!

Home was exactly as listed, great location, pool, the beach perfect.

We had both of our daughters, one son in law and our 8 month old grandson for the week and couldn't have been happier with the home. Pool was great and being that close to the beach with the wagon to take all of the toys, chairs and umbrellas with us was perfect. Dana even supplied a high chair for our grandson when we inquired. Lots of toys for the pool and beach, we had a great time. Being close to all of the amenities was great for the shoppers, restaurants, fishing etc. Thanks Dana.

Great mud island canal home

Husband and I have rented at FMBEACH for 6+ years. This was certainly one of the nicest places we have stayed. Very clean, fully equipped with everything we could think of in kitchen, full complement of beach items also. We had a few questions and one small issue. Owner was prompt with response and even had an electrician to house within an hour! We loved everything about is house and would absolutely stay there again

Mom's 90th Birthday Celbration

We rented this home to help my Mom, who lives in the area, celebrate her 90th birthday. It was perfect for that, the large dining room table allowed for a big family dinner. The screened in pool area was an awesome spot for us for gather with family and friends. The home was clean and very well stocked. Communication with the owner is very easy. Sad that we had to leave a night early due to incoming winter weather at home.We would definitely consider staying here again on a future trip.

Great 2 weeks!

We, a Swedish family of 4, had 2 great weeks at the Harmony House. Everything from the first contact to arrival and departure procedures worked out just fine. Kathie was extremely helpful and assisted us on-site with everything we asked for. Thanks! The house was just perfect for us, both regarding layout and location. We didn't miss anything. The pool area was our favorite and we spent us much time as possible there. Thanks for letting us stay in your house! We would recommend it the anyone traveling to Fort Myers Beach.

Location, location , location

What a property. 2nd visit and it won’t be the last. If you want a property close to the the beach and with an amazing view on to the canal then you won’t find better. Lovely house that is very well stocked. Not a bad word to stay. Lots of local wild life , this time off the dock we saw sting rays, dolphins and manatees. Can not wait to rebook and thanks again to Dana the owner for being so understanding when we had to cancel multiple times during COVID times!

The property was great. It looked just like the pictures, and there was no storm damage.

We stayed for a week in the middle of November. The house looked just like the pictures. The pool and outdoor space were very nice! Very comfortable beds, bedding, and lots of pillows. We took our 6 month old son, and used the pack and play that was provided, along w a ton of pool rafts and toys. They even had a stroller and beach wagon that we used to take him to the beach to watch a couple sunsets. The beach is right across the street, a super easy walk, and is the biggest beach with beautiful white sand! The house is also less than a 5 minute drive to Publix which was very convienient. We had such a good time, and would definitely recommend staying there!

Beautiful and relaxing holiday at this home from home

What can we say...the pictures are an accurate reflection of this wonderful house. The pool was beautiful, warm and welcoming, the house was really well laid out with a comfortable lounge for relaxing in the evening after a day at the beach (which is only a 5 minute walk or 2 minute drive :-) . The kitchen has every utensil, serving dish and fancy glass you could wish for. The owner Dana was a dream to deal with. ALWAYS responsive and pro-active in making sure everything was set to make it a beautiful holiday for our family. We have no hesitation in recommending this property and hopefully the next time we are in FMB, we will come back to this house....home for a second stay.

Great week at Harmony House

This home was exactly as described on vrbo. It was exceptionally clean and had everything you could possibly need . Tons of beach towels and every kitchen gadget you would need. We had 4 adults and 3 children 10,5 and 3 . We had plenty of room. All had a great time. Kids especially loved the pool. The 5 yr. old thought there was too much sand on the beach😊 Any questions were answered promptly by Kathie. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance and the trolley stop was right on the corner when we wanted to go to Times Square. THANKS DANA!

Great vacation house

Perfect house for us & great South Island location. Across the street from the beach, pool was always warm & views of estero blvd and canal - jumping fish / pelicans frequently. Quiet street. House had pretty much everything we needed to cook at home. Beds were comfy- Knives in kitchen were actually sharp & I thought it was very nice that paper towel, TP, dish soap, foil etc were all provided as that stuff adds up at Publix! Owner was super responsive when we couldn’t get tv to work in one of the bedrooms. Would definitely stay here in the future if we come back again. The only negative was the 2 slice toaster didn’t toast hardly at all ( it took a while) might need replacing . Thank you!!

The perfect Florida retreat!

Our stay at this private home was outstanding. This home has so much charm. The home is beautifully decorated and well maintained. The kitchen stocked with all of the necessary household amenities along with anything and everything needed for the beach and the great pool. Dana, the owner was always quick to respond to any questions we had and she left a great notebook of explanation of the house along with "things to see and do." The house is located on a water inlet leading into the bay and it was not unusual to see dolphin and manatee swimming by. We were a short walk from the beautiful Ft. Myers beaches along with restaurants, places of interest and bike rentals. You will not be disappointed. This home is a gem and you are sure to enjoy your vacation here in sunny Florida. Location, location this home has it all.

Convenient to everything, walk to beach, Publix close by. Home is beautiful, clean and well stocked we had everything we needed. One of the nicest places I have ever stayed thru VRBO.

We had six in our party and not one complaint about anything
 we rent beach house all the time and this is one of the nicest one we have rented
 The house was fully stocked with anything we would need
. We were contacted twice during our stay to see if we needed anything
 we would stay here in the future and have all ready talked about coming back next year

Great Stay - Awesome Home!

We stayed for a week in June, with temps in the 90's the entire time. The homes A/C kept up the entire time, and the pool definitely was nice to have on those hot days. Everything is as advertised, the home was immaculate, and we would stay here again.

Great location and amenities.

Very nice property and location for my sister trip. We would definitely book again. It is nicely furnished with all the kitchen basics for onsite meal and beverage prep when desired. It’s a short walk to their beach and the owner has all the essentials needed for a day in the sun and sand. The pool and patio are very inviting and welcome after an afternoon on the beach.

Perfect family getaway!!!

We had such a great time at Harmony House! So close to the beach but the screened pool is a great bonus for those days you just don't have it in you. Dana is very easy to work with and easy to reach. Actually she reached out to us a couple times to make sure everything was going well. Book Harmony House for your Fort Myers Beach stay...you won't be disappointed!

..The story all began when my family moved from New Jersey to Florida back in 1980!
My whole family is still living there. Unfortunately I had to move back to N.J. after college- to work in NYC . My husband and I found this gem back in 2001. We loved the idea of coming down and spending time with my brothers - and their families and for our kids to know their cousins. Unfortunately due to our busy lives we can't get down to Florida more than a few times a year- so we love the idea of sharing our home with you! I have made our home comfortable and easy for all- who arrive. I love to entertain so you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all the items you need to host a family gathering! I hope you enjoy our house as much as we do!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I loved the idea of having a private residence near the beach- without all the chaos the north end of the beach can bring at various times of the year. The canal waterway to open water is a quick one to the gulf( @15 minutes which is Really Great-)
Important question to ask if you are renting a boat on the island..
The location of our beach and the actual beach itself- is beautiful and a tranquil wide open space( pictures are on my site).
I love the location- walk to everything while still private!

Easy on and off the island in high season (Dec- April) by traveling in and out of the south end of the island- ( highly recommend) vs traveling over Mantanzas Bridge-
The Beach where our home is located is Awesome! truly one of the prettiest beaches I have ever seen.
The home is situated on a quiet street but right in the center of a lot of activity -- which enables you to retreat to a calm haven after you have had your fill of all there is to do!!
