Ocean side cottage

Step back in time when a beach house meant simple living. This sweet little cottage is located just a few steps from the beach in Beach Haven, just blocks away from Bay Village and Fantasy Island. Often called the Surf Shack because of the ideal location to a surfing beach. The house has four small bedrooms and can sleep 7 people. It is reminiscent to a time when people showed up at the beach with just a swimsuit and a coverup, hence there are no closets, but all the rooms have plenty of hooks to hang your finest beach attire. While there is central air conditioning, all rooms in the house have ceiling fans and plenty of windows to open and feel the ocean breeze.
The back porch provides a lovely shaded outdoor sitting and dinning area while the upstairs deck is perfect for an evening cocktail and a glimpse of the ocean.
There is a new outdoor shower and a large yard to set up your favorite games if so desired.
This will be the first time we are opening our home to VRBO. Because the cottage is part of three family homes side by side where aunts, uncles and cousins have gathered for many summers, we are looking for the right fit and someone who will care for our home as if it were theirs. Family will be coming and going from the other properties so there will always be someone around if needed.
