Nice location with playground at end of block. Lots of bedrooms so we all got good rest. We appreciated that we could bring our dog.

It was perfect for us, two families with young kids and a puppy. A few extra pots and pans might be helpful, but we were able to get by with what we had. Delightful small town vibe, picturesque views all over.

The house was perfect for our family of 4 plus 1 dog weekend getaway! The few welcome essentials (eggs, water, etc.) were a very nice touch. We had plenty of space and the deck was a nice place to sit and enjoy the evenings. The only issue to note was the tv was not working correctly. We only tried to use it 1 time as it wasn't a necessity, but it might be for future guests.We would definitely recommend and are already planning to come back next year!

we had a great weekend in the house. Everything was clean, AC worked great, enough rooms and beds to accommodate everyone, and the house was a perfect stay for a weekend getaway

I had messaged the host the day before check in with several questions which he never answered. Then I messaged him several times on the day of check in, also never hearing from him until an hour before check in at 4pm, when he told me that my check in had to be pushed to 5pm. Over a day and a half went by with no word from him. I was worried somehow my reservation got lost. This is not the way to start a vacation. While he gave me a small refund for the adjusted check in time, he blamed this company that listed the site (I can't name them in the review, which is funny) for not having contacted me. Then there were several minor problems like: "coffee maker" and "bring coffee" is listed in amenities for the site; well, I bring coffee, but it's a Kcup. I ask if there is a drip, but the host doesn't realize his error. The type of coffee maker should be listed, so you can bring the right type coffee, right? Also, string lights on the deck didn't work, bicycle's brakes not working and bicycles are very rusted. Bathroom door sticks and doesn't open properly. One half of the house stays cool, and the other half not so cool. The description overstated the actual place in my opinion, there is a small narrow view of the water, and the description leads you to believe it is water front. I would not recommend.

The house was in a great location. Nice neighborhood. The house was well kept. They offerd bikes for us to rode. There were beach chairs umbrellas. My family and I had a great time. Checking in was easy. The kitchen had everything we needed appliance wise. Some pots and pans. Cleaning products. We would definitely comw back.

Overall, the property was as described. Kitchen was lacking some pots and pans in my opinion so we went out and bought a few things and a regular coffee pot. The disposal wasn’t working originally and we found it was a trip breaker no other problems after tha. The back room/TV room was cold and hard to keep at temperature and TV was turning off and on sporadically after we figured out the login process overall like stated above property was as described no major issues or concerns

Check in process got screwed up due to 2 different lock boxes. New owner is using previous owners' photos on web site, showing TV in the living room where it is now in the dining room, most uncomfortable room in the house. No sleeping pillows, only decorative pillows on bed. No hangers for clothes, only hooks. Not as well appointed as before but these new owners need to improve.

Beautiful Weekend at the Beach!

We were lucky to find this property for a last-minute weekend away. We contacted the owner and he replied right away and was very friendly and communicative throughout the weekend. The house is cozy but didn't feel crowded, even though we had five people and a dog. The neighborhood is peaceful with a waterfront area just down the block and a great seafood restaurant right across the street. We went to Brandt Beach on LBI, which is 30 minutes away and has easy beach access and lots of parking. The house has Wi-Fi and you can access your streaming accounts on the TV. There are games and puzzles. We spent a lot of time on the front porch and the screened-in porch, which overlooks a marshy area with lots of birds to watch. The rooms are very small but the beds (all double beds, no queens) are comfortable and the beach decor makes them feel open and airy. The living room and kitchen are a good size and there is a TV room with a dining room table, so plenty of common space to hang out in. There were a few things missing when we stayed - sheets for the beds, spoons and forks, and enough towels (there were 3 bath towels for 5 people). We got the sense that this is a brand new listing and they are still getting everything set up. Just check in with the owner before you go to make sure that everything that should be there is there. Overall it was a wonderful weekend, the owner was very helpful and a speedy communicator, and we hope to go back!

Everything was clearly marked, there were little details in the basic necessities provided that made our stay most pleasant; bottled water, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, eggs, butter and milk. The kitchen had everything we needed for our 3 day trip and the instructions for checking in and out were short and easy to follow. If I make another trip to Tuckerton I will be looking this property up first!
