Bedroom 1 has a queen bed with a queen futon. It also has a 3/4 bathroom.

Bedroom 3 is a great place for kids. 2 bunk beds with a twin over full.
There is also a full bathroom in between bedroom 1 & 2.

Really Spacious house, well organized and the host has signs that help know what to do or what not to touch. The place is really great for a weekend out away from town.

Communication was FANTASTIC! Serene and peaceful sitting outside on the deck. Not fancy or pristine, but very cozy and kept clean. There was some clutter in closets and cabinets and on the deck, which didn’t necessarily ‘show’ well. However, we had 9 ladies stay and every last one of us were pleased. I absolutely would recommend the property.

Great house and great property manager!

The house was fantastic! We had 2 families staying together in the house. The floor plan is open and spacious! More than enough room for everyone. The house was clean and we felt quite comfortable ! The property manager was great to communicate with before and after the stay. This is a great house and I highly recommend!

Spacious and Homey

This was a great VRBO experience. Everything was bigger and more spacious than the posted pictures portrayed. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of all the rooms, and we were happy with the feel of the place, both inside and out. The hosts were responsive and caring, which helped the weekend vacation feel even more relaxing. The hosts are constantly improving the place via guest feedback, so this place will just continue to get better! We look forward to booking future family outings here in the near future.

Beautiful house… spacious, clean, wonderful stay!

Communication with the owner was excellent! Easy to find the house and it had everything we needed for cooking and stay. We had two families with 8 children all under the age of 7. The kids loved the bunk beds, all the toys and games were great entertainment. All the rooms were spacious and the pictures don’t show how large the living room, kitchen, and dining area are. Sand springs is a gorgeous little town with some beautiful houses! When we come back to Tulsa we will be staying here again!

Weekend Stay

We were in town to celebrate a major life event of a friend who lives in Sand Springs. The house is conveniently located near that friend’s house as well as several other venues were festivities took place. The common areas in this house were spacious, inviting and comfortable. It was a great place to sit around and catch up with one another. The house is in the country, the neighborhood is very quiet. I suggest arriving at the house for the first time when the sun is still out since there are no street lights. The owners were responsive and easy to communicate with. I would stay at this house again in the future.

Fabulous place!

We had two couples staying and it was bigger than the pictures look! Theres a deck and outdoor seating and a grill. A large kitchen, dining table, and living room. I loved that it was not in town but also not way out in the middle of nowhere. The beds were comfortable and they have wifi and a smart tv with streaming options. There was an issue with wasps and we let them know and they came out and did something about it right away and fixed the problem. We could have used better water pressure in the master bathroom but it wasn't enough to downgrade it from a 5 as a whole. Great place!

House Renovation

We stayed at this property for 8 weeks during a house renovation. This house was more than adequate for our needs. The important things to me were a washer and dryer and enough parking. It is comfortable,very roomy inside and outside and had all the necessities that we needed for our stay. We are from the Tulsa area and this house is out of the city, which I loved. It was so relaxing to be out where it was quite and the stars could be seen. Roosters crow in the morning, cows moo all day, the neighbors donkey was a delight to listen to and the deer come by to visit. In the 8 weeks I was there I didn't get to meet the owners Erica and her husband. But if I ever needed anything she was easy to get in touch with and quick help me out. If you are looking for a place to stay and don't mind a short drive from Tulsa I would highly recommend this location.

Needs some upgrades

Messaged the owner with a positive response that she will make the recommended suggestions. Only 2 kitchen hand towels, 6 or 7 bath towels (there was 11 of us staying for 10 days). The oven mitts were disgusting and needed replaced. Pots & pans were worthless. I had to go buy some items to cook on along with a measuring cup and colander. Water pressure in he guest restroom was horrible. We replaced the shower head and that fixed the problem. Blinds in master bedroom were tore up. A few outlets in living room that didn’t have covers. (We had 2 toddlers) Would’ve been nice to have the tools there to use in the fireplace. The Mayer bedroom toilet had issues flushing. I still have this home a 4 overall. It’s a beautiful home in a good location for privacy. I’m hopeful the owner will make he changes needed.

Great Family Spot

We booked this house for a Thanksgiving week trip. The house was clean and everything needed for the stay was there. Pros : An awesome family room for everyone to gather. - large kids room - spacious kitchen - great communication from property manager - board games - space (inside/out) Cons: Water pressure for shower was awful

Nice, quiet stay with family

We stayed here with my husband's family and our small children for a wedding. They had a play kitchen that our little ones loved, board games, TV with streaming options, and plenty of space!

Wonderful Country Getaway

This is a wonderful country home with a beautiful great room and and awesome kitchen. It also has an industrial air conditioner which keeps the house very cool and it is on a beautiful country lane. It also has good internet and the host are super-response and great hosts! We had a wonderful experience here!

This was a great little house for our Tulsa weekend getaway. It was located less than 20- 30 minutes away from all the activities that we wanted to do in Keystone and Tulsa.

Wedding party

We traveled from Colorado and met up with our large family for a wedding in Skiatook, some of whom stayed at this house. The property is nice and in a beautiful country setting. There was plenty of space, even for the bride, her attendants and mom to get dressed, do makeup, eat, and get ready. It very comfortably accommodates 12 people for sleeping and relaxing. We would certainly stay there again!

Nice Country House

If you are looking for a country getaway this is a warm and comfortable place to stay. We rented this house for a week and were pleasantly surprised by the size. Nice fire place and very large kitchen, which I loved. Plenty of beds, nicely decorated and lots of towels. I would highly recommend this to my friends and family and would definitely stay here again.
