Great place to stay. We travel with our large dogs the yard is fenced and big enough for them to play. Quite older neighborhood. Will definitely stay again!
We enjoyed our stay and we thank you for allowing our pets. All appliances worked great and there was always hot water for a relaxing shower and plenty of towels. The only negative thing was the yard was 6â to 12â for the first week we were there. We were there for a month and the last day was as pleasant as the first.
I was in town working for a weekend and brought my partner and our dog. The house was set up well to give everyone enough space but also be cute and cozy for a few days getaway. The backyard was perfect for the dog to play ball, and the kitchen suited our needs exactly. Grateful for the cozy place to hunker down!
The home was clean, well maintained, and what we needed. The area isnât the nicest, but itâs quiet and provides easy access to the north end. It would have been nice to have access to the laundry though. Overall a good value.
This was a very clean place in a quiet neighborhood. It was close to where we needed to be and it was very easy to get around Tulsa. One request I would have before we return is to install railings on the front and back steps. Some of us are not as young and spry as we used to be :).
Gross!!! Disgusting!! And manager doesnât seem to care.
Manager was informed of the condition of the home and honestly just didnât care. The floors were DISGUSTING! The bathtub and Sinks were DISGUSTING! The towels were dirty. My kids feet turned black from walking in them after her shower. The drains were all so full of old hair that the water was backing up in the tub and sink. The towels had hair all over them, Iâd be surprised if they had even washed them. And it says recently remodeled? But the walls are cracked, the paint is chipped and peeling all over the house.
And on top of that, the management company is soliciting for you to go straight through them rather than VRBO, which if Iâm not mistaken is not allowed. On top of all of that, our codes stopped working the evening before we weee supposed to checkout. The managers response was âThatâs good to knowâ and âIt says theyâre workingâ. No apology,or really much acknowledgment at all. I strongly recommend you not rent from this company.
Quiet neighborhood conveniently located to Expo Center, restaurants and stores. Plenty of cleaning supplies.Worked well for our family. A-C and heat worked great with our changing weather.
One problem minimal vegetation in yard when it rained messy for small dog.
The grill on the gas stove worked but not the burners. All in all , a good place.
Price, check-in/out, and communication was perfect.
House looked like the photos, but not the best street. Dishwasher or disposal needs to be cleaned out--smelled pretty funky in the kitchen. Clean otherwise except for the mouse that would visit the living room during morning coffee time. There's a vintage game system but it's broken, so that was a bummer.
No cleaning duties for renters, though. Convenient to Downtown. Good Wifi. Alexa and Roku both function as expected. We would stay there again as long as needed upkeep took place. Thanks!
The house was exactly as pictured and worked perfectly for our family (two adults, two young kids). Cute house and decorations. Neighborhood wasn't the best but we felt very safe and really enjoyed our stay. Cute place! Great host!
My family and I needed/wanted I place to stay that was close to the race but not to close so we could get some sleep at night and not be bothered by the craziness of the big city! Worked out just fine. Place was clean and had everything that was listed online e readily available to us.
Checking in was simple and direct; the host was easy to talk to and the neighborhood was quiet. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again.
Nice house. Good sized back yard for our dog and us to enjoy. We will definitely stay here again. Working class neighborhood, no people just wandering around or standing on corners so we felt safe. The kitchen was well stocked but wish there had been a baking dish of some sort.
We stayed for 3 nights to attend the expo. The property manager went above and beyond to make sure I understood how to enter the property and how to reach him if there was an issue. It was exceptionally close to the expo at a great cost!
I am a realtor so I can help if you want to move to the Tulsa area. I have several short term rentals in the area and have been a host for many years. I know a lot about the area in case you have any questions or need suggestions. I am also a part owner of the Loony Bin Comedy Club in Tulsa and recommend it as a fun place to visit if you need a fun night out for the adults.
This home is very close to Route 66 and the Tulsa Expo Center. Also very easy access to highway to get downtown and around town. Just down the street from lots of shopping and restaurants. Also the waterpark is nearby.
