ALL NEW COMPLETELY RENOVATED, CLEANED AND DISINFECTED!
BEAUTIFUL OCEAN VIEW! JUST STEPS FROM THE OCEAN! ALL NEW DECOR -new kitchen cabinets and counters, remodeled modern master bathroom, new flooring throughout, new furniture, wall-mounted HD large screen TVs throughout
and new king size mattress in master bedroom.

Gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with awesome views. Very spacious 1400 sq ft, 1 king, 1 queen, 1 double, bunk beds in hallway. Balcony with beautiful unobstructed views of 2 pools (1 heated), gorgeous landscaping, and gulf (across street- about 100 yards from pool) with palm tree lined walkway to gazebo to beach. Gazebo offers shady spots with ample seating to enjoy a cool drink while watching the sunset. Feed the koi fish in the huge koi pond on walkway to beach. Tennis courts on property, as well as grills and picnic areas. Brand new outdoor fire pit on beautiful lawn. Enjoy sitting by the fire as you watch the kids play in the pool in the evenings while enjoying the beach breeze and listen to the waves crash. Effortless gas-lit push button firepit. Covered garage parking space right next to elevator. Silver Sands Outlet Mall 1/2 mile away. Golf courses, nightlife, boating tours, outdoor mall and movie theatre all within short drive. Paradise! Great Location! Great View!

Easy check in, easy check out. Great communication with owner. Love the location, beach is right across the street. Pool is nice. Condo was perfect for our group. Good value. Great view! (Can see the water, not necessarily the sand.) My wife is already looking when we can come back.

Awesome place!

Awesome location. We loved the pools and the short walk to the beach. We were in walking distance to restaurants. The condo was great and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Such an amazing view. The whole family loved it and we would stay there again!

Spring Break at Miramar Beach

Condo was great and as advertised. Very clean and quiet even during spring break. Short walk to the beach and enjoyed the heated pool and fire pit. Will come back.

Great rental!!

Will stay again, it was perfect! Could see the ocean and 2 pools perfectly from balcony. Had chairs, and sand toys for kids (didn’t have to worry about purchasing or rentals on the beach)! Easy walk to the beach, and a quick 5 min. Drive to stores.

This is an amazing condo and convenient to everything. Teens can walk to many places, condo has everything you need! The host is amazing…very responsive and friendly! We will def be back.

Great condo!

The condo was exactly as described. Great location. Very easy to walk to the beach. The beach was never very busy in this area. The pool area was nice and big. Chairs were always available. Everybody staying here was very respectful. Mostly families. Tons of stuff for the beach (FYI bring your own beach towels). We will stay here again if we are ever back on the area.

Beautiful!

My expectations were reached plus more! It was our first family beach vacation and we couldn’t have picked a better place. We were able to check in early as the communication with the tenant was amazing! She answered all questions instantly up until the check in and they had everything in the room you would need as an extra! The beach is right there it was just beautiful.

Excellent condo right by the beach

First off, Debbie was a fabulous host. She was easy to get in touch with and was very friendly. The condo itself is spacious and well equipped- if you’re coming here soon don’t bother to bring a small cooler, sand toys, floaties for kids…there’s a laundry closet that is so well stocked you don’t need a thing. The property was clean and well maintained. The heated pool was great for the cool days. There is also a pond with fish and turtles my little ones loved feeding. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful

Our family loved our stay in this condo. The owners communicated everything we needed to know before our arrival and the condo was exactly as described. We could see the gulf directly from the balcony, that also overlooked the pools. The pools were also beautiful and we swam in them daily. One pool was heated which was very nice since April weather is sometimes still a little cool. The condo is decorated beautifully, really added to our beach vacation. The condo had beach chairs and a little cooler to take down to the beach which was also so very handy, it’s those little things that really set this condo apart. The resort was so quiet and so well maintained, beautiful grounds. It was hard to leave this beautiful place. We played one of the board games provided together as a family the last night. Memories made ❤️

Great Condo-Perfect size for Families

Condo was great! The resort was well kept and overall clean. There were several owners on site during our stay, and they were a pleasure to chat with as well. The walk to the beach is not far, but there are 2-3 sets of stairs that you have to walk down to get to the beach. There is currently no ramp available, so wagons and carts would be an issue getting up and down, and wheelchair accessibility would be impossible at this particular beach access. I hear there are a couple of other public beach accesses nearby with ramps, but you'd have to be sure to get there early as parking quickly fills up during the spring/summer. If you do decide to use the beach access across the road from the resort, the beach service is a short walk from the stairs but a nice bonus. Debbie was very helpful in providing information for a local fishing charter, and also helping to resolve a minor issues we had regarding the beach service during our stay. In summary, if our family were to stay in the area again we would most definitely look to stay here again.

Family Vacation
