This sunlit, 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom coastal home is your ultimate playground for family fun or adventures with friends. The breezy, beach-inspired interior is designed for comfort and making memories.
After a day of adventure, the living room's cozy couch and large windows invite you to relax. The dining table seats eight, with four additional stools at the kitchen island, perfect for gathering for laughter-filled meals.

Entertainment & Relaxation
Challenge friends and family in the game room, featuring a 3 in 1 gaming table with air hockey, foosball, and a pool table. Enjoy oversized fun with a giant Connect Four game and a regulation-size corn hole toss. Or a yard sized tic tac toe game. Other games and puzzles as well.

Sleeping Arrangements
Bedroom 1: King bed with water view, 55" Smart TV, large walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and grab bars.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with window water view, 50" Smart TV, nightstands, and a dresser with mirror.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed with water views through sliding glass doors, nightstands, and a dresser.
Bedroom 4: Two twin beds with a nightstand, a dresser and a 35" Smart TV.

Kitchen & Amenities
Our kitchen is fully stocked with dish wares, cookware, and utensils. It features a drip coffee maker, Keurig system, toaster, and a crockpot.

Guest Access
You will have exclusive access to the entire home and private dock. The only exceptions are a few locked owner’s storage cabinets in the garage and the boat lift.

The garage is set up as a game room and is not available for parking. Ample private parking is available for up to four vehicles in the driveway.

Daytona Beach: 30 minutes
Orlando (Walt Disney World & Universal Studios): 1.5 hours

The closest boat launch is at Bing’s Landing, about 15 minutes away.

Smoking or vaping is not permitted in the home.
The dock is available for you to moor your boat; however, the boat lift is not for guest use.
