Nestled in a cozy tranquil, family-friendly retreat 20 steps right off the beach, is your perfect escape from the chaotic life and make time for relaxation.
Enjoy the beach front right from your deck, as the sun rises every morning and your toes digging into the warm sand!
Finally a beachfront house large enough for two families, with no beach traffic. We are located far back off the main road at the very start of Hoopers Bay beach. There is no traffic at our home as we sit comfortably in the back piece of a private property. We are only a 10 min walk to the closest grocery/liquor market and 10 minutes drive to the center of Georgetown. If you choose to rent a boat while here, we have our very own mourning ball located directly in front of the home. This way
You are only minutes away from Jolly Hall beach or a short ride across the harbour to the world famous Stocking Island and Da Sand Bar or Chat n Chill. Georgetown has so much to offer, especially if you’re cruising in the harbour.

The set up is 4 rooms including A/C and 2 washrooms
The main level has two bedrooms with one bathroom.
First bedroom sleeps 3 with a bunk, the second room sleep 2 with a double size bed .
The top level has 2 rooms one washroom, 3rd room has a queen bed and a private balcony with a beautiful relaxing Ocean view. Lastly a large master bedroom that has a king size bed walking out to your own outdoor private balcony.

This Second and third level home has a balcony the wraps around the entire home with amenities such as a cozy hammock, a chair swing, relaxing chairs with coffee tables as well as a bbq. We as well have 3 kayaks in front of the home for your daily use. The first
Level of the home is completely separate and occupied by an elder gentleman as well a small vacation rental apartment. This is completely separate from the home and mostly not noticeable to our guests. Not to forget, we have the most amazing crystal clear Ocean view.
The world famous sea
Turtles are less than 1 minute walk directly to the side of the home. We are comfortably located on the end of a long beautiful white sand beach for your morning or evening walks.
