Discover coastal living, a short 20-minute drive from downtown Vancouver in our unique duplex house nestled in the picturesque enclave of Horseshoe Bay, West Vancouver, BC. Serving as a gateway to nature or a peaceful retreat, this residence invites you to experience beautiful views, convenience and modern luxury.
Kayaks stored at the beach are available as a perk, gas fire pit, keyless entry/exit, parking for 2 cars, entire dwelling is rented, private patio & Backyard Space.
The space
Crafted with attention to detail, our clean and friendly two-level layout possesses a warm and inviting aura. It boasts 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 single over double bunk bed with trundle) upstairs with ample storage, allowing you to settle in comfortably to make it your home away from home. With two well-appointed bathrooms upstairs and a powder room on the main level, this residence promises an unparalleled stay. Relax on 2 x private outdoor deck with views of the mountains and ocean. Each corner of this home reflects a unique style amidst the vibrant surroundings of Horseshoe Bay Village.
Guest access
Guests will have access to entire duplex. Please note that the driveway is shared with neighbours and is relatively steep. There is also street parking. In the event of snow, there is a snow clearing service.
Other things to note
Guests will have access to our two kayaks, located on a private beach just minutes away. Weâll also leave you our curated guide to our favorite destinations, restaurants and must do things in the area and in Vancouver. As life-long residents, and hosts to many visitors, weâll share with you all that is unique and wonderful to our city and surroundings.
A 5-minute walk immerses you in the quaint atmosphere of the Horseshoe Bay village centre, with a newly opened waterfront park and childrenâs playground. Restaurants, and coffee shops await to your exploration. Rent a boat, or book a whale watching or adventure tour. Walk on the ferry for a picturesque 20-minute scenic ferry ride to lively Bowen Island for itâs charming restaurants or visit the Sunshine Coast (40 min) and Vancouver Island (1hr 40 min).
A leisurely stroll will take you to the excellent Glen Eagles 9-hole public golf course, which features a patio pub and restaurant. Or walk to Gleneagles community centre which boasts a gym, drop-in fitness gym, skateboard park, workout classes, and other activities. (Community Centre Details). And just up the road is pristine Whytcliffe Park with itsâ magnificent views.
Vancouverâs finest local local ski hill, Cypress Mountain, is only 25 minutes to the chairlift, promising a day of exhilarating skiing.
