This property was perfect for our family of 6 adults. We loved the location and the surrounding area. It is easily walkable to so many things including Gastown. The condo is gorgeous and we were able to cook a fanfastic meal in the well equipped kitchen with easy access to the grocery next door.
Right when we entered, the penthouse was spotless and so clean! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Arash was very responsive. It is in a great location and all the rooms have a fantastic view of Vancouver. There are a lot of things to do within walking distance and the building itself has a lovely pool and gym. Would recommend this place to anyone taking a trip to Vancouver and I look forward to future stays here!
Came in for a concert. Perfect place to stay if you are at Rogers, easy to grab an Uber anywhere or walk. Great view & well equipped place. Would definitely stay here again.
Host was great to work with and very responsive. Had a small issue at check in (bldg access code wasnât working) and they quickly answered our call and fixed the situation. Condo is exactly as shown in photos. Would stay again!
We were very comfortable and had all the amenities that we needed. We enjoyed our stay very much, and the views from the balcony are breathtaking! It was very conveniently located. Within walking distance of many restaurants, coffee, shops, barsâŠreally anything you would need! If youâre taking a cruise is the perfect place to stay. Conveniently located to Canada Place.
The condo is very nice, clean, and comfortable. Really great view of the city! Youâd be hard pressed to find a better view. Neighborhood is close to everything and very walkable, just take care as to the direction you go (also close to a very poor neighborhood). We enjoyed our time and would stay at this condo again. Thanks!
Amazing views and great location for our spring break trip
We drove up from Portland for spring break. We planned to see a concert at BC Place and a Canucks game at Rogers Arena. We were right next door to both. Great location to walk to anywhere we needed to be. Views were amazing and we used the buildings gym and pool. Condo itself was clean and comfortable.
We loved our stay here. The location is right in the heart of downtown Vancouver, with a ton of the typical attractions and best restaurants in easy walking distance or a super short drive away. The unit itself has spectacular views - watching the sun rise and set over the city was magical. The owner was very responsive, and everything was generally as you expected it to be from pictures and reviews. I appreciated being able yo use the gym and pool area, and enjoyed having this be a home base for a fun, short âhome away from homeâ vacation.
I usually don't fill out reviews but this was such an amazing property I wanted to shout it out. We spent three nights here in early April and it could not have been better. The views are better than the pictures suggest. It's a great location...close to everything you need. It was clean and well stocked. The owner was extremely responsive. Really just a great property that we hated to leave!
The condo had amazing views by day and by night with a wrap around balcony - it was just stunning to sit out in the morning with your coffee or at night with a drink.
We were attending an event at the Rogers Arena and this could not be more convenient - literally across the street. We would leave the house and be in our seats in about 12 minutes. Amazing.
I would highly recommend staying here, it won't disappoint.
Well kept property. Clean. Great view. Good communication with owner. Only complaintâŠunable to get television to work properly. Most channels needed to go through a pay wall. For the price paid there should have been easily accessible cable and local TV options.
A great place to share with colleagues that brings hotel costs down. Three good sized bedrooms and new furnishings and decor made this a very comfortable place to stay. It took about 15 minutes to get to Canada place which was great except for one day of heavy rain. Thanks to Uber for that trip. The access code is kind of weird. I wish we had better instructions up front but we figured it out with the help of other tenants. So nice to be able to bring groceries back and just relax. Highly recommend.
This is an absolutely beautiful property & location with stunning views of the waterfront. However, the complexity & lack of clear specific instructions on how to enter & access the property detract much from the overall experience of residing temporarily onsite. Further, the lack of detail on internet access made it necessary for me to contact the owner. He provided the case sensitive access code but mistakenly listed it as upper case when in fact it was lowercase. Further he was unclear on naming which Wi-Fi network was his do I had to text him an image to ask him to identify his network. All of this led me to contact the host more than 5 to 7 separate reasons via text and, in the case of initially entering the property, a verbal conversation. After utilizing VRBO multiple times in states & countries globally this was the most frustrating rental experience. The host needs to provide as most VRBO hosts do, a summary booklet that details FAQ to access his property, internet network and reduce the need to text him continuously. I donât desire to spend this much time inquiring the owner on basic property access & ministerial tasks to enjoy the property.
This place was a very clean and modern. The three bedrooms and the view or what sold it for us. It really is a spectacular view on the balcony. It could have used a few more kitchen tools including a working icemaker. The directions for parking and checking into the building were not super clear. You have to temporally park out front, get buzzed in the entrance by using a code to reach the owner, that also allows you to ride up in the elevator. So donât just walk in the building behind someone because he wonât get far. Then you grab the garage key fob from the unit, go back to your car, park in the garage and then follow the maze of garage doors and walking tunnels to get to the elevator to take you up back up to the unit. There are no luggage carts so carrying our groceries and bags was a bit of a pain. Due to navigating the parking situation, we opted to just walk or Uber everywhere around Vancouver. One reason we chose this unit is because it stated there was air-conditioning. That was true however, they were 2 mobile units, one in the master and one in the living room, that were just discharging out wide open windows. It was definitely better than no AC at all however the two smaller bedrooms had have the doors left open to stay cool, especially the one next to the master because when the sun entered in the morning it was hot as can be. I also recommend leaving the shades down until sunset in the summer.
