Cozy Resort Style Chalet / Guest house across Delbrook Recreation Centre. Private patios, high end furnishings, luxurious extra details. All the little extra touches for a relaxing experience. Free parking, hiking trails, ski mountains, and close to highway access. 15 mins from downtown Vancouver, with groceries and liquor 2 blocks away. Make your own meals or dine out. Drop ins for Gym/pool/hot tub/sauna/pottery lessons/wood working available at the Recreation Community Centre directly across the street. The area is perfect for active recreation, hiking, skiing, biking, swimming - and the property itself has some stairs. There are winding pathways around the property and a private tennis court in the back yard. This property is not recommended for mobility challenged.

The property is located directly across a first class brand new recreational centre with 2 separate entrances. The chalet can be transformed into 2 separate suites.

The upper level chalet includes a living room w/ a fireplace, a full kitchen, 2 bedroom with 2 full en suite bathrooms.

The lower level chalet includes a living room, a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and full bathroom.

This is a great property for those visiting the Vancover area generally, and in particular North Vancover with proximity to Grouse and Cypress ski areas, and even a day trip to Whistler. Great layout and space separation for groups traveling together - families of mixed ages - friend groups - etc.

Was a great stay. Fast and easy check in. Did a great house tour with the kids and me. I wish it wasnt raining the whole time we were down south. Would have made good use of the property's amenities outside. Next time we come down hoepfully weather is better. Thanks again for being a great host.

The house was so spacious with many different areas for gathering, and the kitchen well equipped. The location is ideal with just 10 minute walk to many coffee shops, grocery, pharmacy, and cute shops in Edgemont Village. We were there in the rainy days of January and loved the warmth of the gas fire places. Summer would be amazing with the great deck and tennis court!

Very flexible accommodation in a great location. Beds were comfortable and it was great having the tennis court for outdoor games. Kitchens were well equipped as were the laundry facilities. Very close (10 Min walk) to Edgemont Village which has great shops/cafes etc.

We spent 5 night at Chalet. Plenty space for two families (8 people). Four bedrooms and four bathrooms, two living room and two kitchens and dining areas. Two families can easily be independent or stay together. Sparkly clean bedding and towels. The house has a lot for comfortable stay. Recreational center across the street (6/person). Beautiful park (off leash) around the corner. Tennis court on property with basketball. Iman is hospitality host. He decorates his place for Christmas. And he was flexible with check in and let us check out later with no rush. Skiing/sledding/tubing is short drive. Safe neighborhood. For warmer days there is a big privet patio. Thank you Iman for wonderful organizing.

Fantastic location, great host

Lovely house with lots of personality and tons of room to spread out. Walking distance to rec center, walking trail, restaurants and stores. Iman is a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome. Something broke and he was super quick to fix it. Would stay here again!

A very well appointed property! Tastefully decorated and clean ! Strategically located to all the best that Vancouver has to offer. Lastly Iman, was an excellent host! I absolutely will visit again. Great time in North Vancouver

We had a great time at The Chalet. The place was clean and well appointed. It was a bit hot, but that was due to a heat wave coming through. The host supplied fans. The sport court was great, and the kids loved it. There was plenty of room for everyone. We had a great time!

Our extended family of 10 people (6 adults, 4 kids between 6-10 yrs old) really enjoyed our stay at this property. There was so much room and many different places to sit, play, congregate, eat, etc. The listing was accurate and the home was comfortable. We took advantage of the tennis court, multiple laundry machines, and great location in proximity to North Vancouver's natural wonders and access to Vancouver itself. Hosts were very accommodating and communicative. Would recommend this property to larger groups and extended families.

North Vancouver amazing

This home was amazing. It was great for 4 couples as we each had our own bathroom and private space. Lots of extra supplies in the bathrooms. Great outdoor space for relaxing and also for eating. Large tennis court with all kinds of games for everyone. Charcoal BBQ. Rec centre right across the road. Lots of free trails in the neighborhood with amazing surroundings(waterfalls, bridges and trees) Close to Grouse mountain and 1 1/2 hours to Whistler. Iman was a very gracious host and was very accommodating and responded immediately to any questions we had or any extra supplies needed. I would recommend this home to any family. You would never get this convenience in any hotel. This home exceeded our expectations. Great place you have Iman

This uniquely located property is the best for family gatherings and stays. Close to highway access, and across from resort- style activities: like an olympic pool, hot tub/spa, sauna, gym, fitness area, PLUS wood working or dancing classes or pottery lessons for all ages. It is nestled between the forest and civilization (with a Blenz Coffee shop ten steps from the door). Did I mention the PRIVATE TENNIS COURT IN THE BACKYARD? Wait until you see the surprises in store!

Guests can access the entire chalet which includes the upper and lower level chalet with the wraparound deck and the backyard/tennis court.

Please note there is a caretaker. Housekeeping available for longer stays upon request.
