Living and Entertaining
The heart of the home is a light-filled open-plan living area featuring a comfortable lounge, fireplace, and TV, flowing seamlessly into a large indoor dining space. The designer kitchen is complemented by a fully equipped butler"s pantry, making it ideal for entertaining or catered stays.

Kitchen
Perfect for food lovers, the kitchen includes a large oven and cooktop, dishwasher, butler"s pantry, and all essential cookware. Private catering can be arranged on request.

Neighborhood
Launa is set in a quiet, leafy residential area surrounded by native bushland and wildlife. Expect birdsong, possums, and complete privacy, while remaining close to beaches and local attractions.* Please respect our neighbours and keep music /noise at a respectable level throughout your stay, quiet time between 10pm-7am

Interaction
We are available throughout your stay. Our grounds manager lives adjacent to the property and is on hand for emergencies. The property is monitored for compliance with guest numbers and noise policies.

Other Things to Note
Beds are set as king by default. Split into singles on request at time of booking ($10 per bed). Changes cannot be made at short notice.

The property uses a septic system. Please flush toilet paper and human waste only.

This is a strictly smoke- and vape-free property, including all outdoor areas.

The primary booker must complete digital registration, provide ID, and accept our Terms and Conditions prior to arrival.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The space was incredibly spacious and perfect for our big family gathering. It easily accommodated multiple families with children, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out comfortably.

One of the highlights was having ample space for both gathering together and pursuing different activities at the same time. The kids could play in one area while adults relaxed in another, which made the experience so much more enjoyable for everyone.

The high-quality appliances and utilities throughout the home were impressive and made our stay very comfortable. Everything worked perfectly and added to the overall pleasant experience.

We"re especially grateful for the late check-out time you provided, it made our departure so much less stressful and allowed us to enjoy our last morning without rushing.
