Bienvenue à Illoura

Parfaitement situé sur la baie de Phegans, ce bungalow généreusement proportionné de 4 chambres peut accueillir 10 personnes, ainsi qu'un studio séparé pour 2 personnes.
Situé sur un grand front de mer, la retraite a été récemment rénovée et présentée de façon immaculée.
«Illoura», un terme aborigène qui signifie «endroit agréable», dispose d'une cuisine moderne avec lave-vaisselle, d'une table à manger pouvant accueillir 12 personnes et de 3 salles de bains modernes, dont 1 avec une grande baignoire.
La zone de plan de vie ouverte traverse de grandes portes bi-pliantes sur le pont extérieur surplombant la baie de Phegans.
Les parois avant et arrière sont entièrement clôturées, idéales pour la sécurité des enfants ainsi que de vos amis à quatre pattes.
Illoura a une jetée privée idéale pour la pêche ou la sécurité de votre bateau et la rampe du bateau est idéalement située à seulement 2 minutes.

Amazing stay

Relaxing and convenient

We stayed here as a family of adults and had an amazing time. Being a short trip from Sydney to maximise our break time, it still feels very removed from the city and surrounds. The spaces and yard were wonderful for spending time in, and the water views and access were perfect!

Weekend on the waterfront

We spent the weekend, nicely presented property, homely, comfortable, with a great lookout. Great position, walking distance to shops etc. 8 mins drive to Umina and Ettalong beach’s. We would definitely stay again.

Wedding Weekend

Booked this lovely big house for the weekend of my daughter's wedding as we had family over from England and wanted to spend as much time together as possible, and it exceeded all of my expectations. Spacious, well equipped and a view to die for. Perfect location with evertyhing you need close by. Made this soecial occasion even more memorable. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Perfect weekend getaway

This property was perfect for us. Cloae to Sydney , clean, great views and all on one level. It slept 12 people and had a table that we all could sit and eat at and plenty of cutlery, crockery and glasses

My favourite holiday away from home

Illoura provides everything for the most wonderful weekend away. Caters well for 3 families, with water views from the deck and close to shops and the beaches.

92nd Birthday Celebrations

We needed a house big enough to fit us all and this house did not disappoint.. plenty of beds for everyone. The main area of the house was just gorgeous , super spacious and bifolds opening onto a huge deck that led down to the private jetty. It was the perfect house in the perfect location for our fathers 92nd birthday!!

Great Stay

Had a lovely weekend get away, to a great spot. House was spacious, clean and the views fabulous. The whole booking in process was seemless and easy. Scenery was lovely and quiet and the house had everything we needed. Bron the host was very helpful, friendly and very responsive to any queries. We will definitely be back again. Relaxing getaway

The house was fantastic. Spacious and well equipped and with beautiful water views. The children loved fishing from the jetty and we were able to hire a boat and moor up. Would highly recommend.

A beautiful place to relax

Illoura on the Bay is a relaxing hideaway. We loved getting out on the water in kayaks and sitting on the deck to watch the light change over the bay. House is comfortably appointed. We loved being able to take our four-footed friends with us. We'll be back!

Wonderful realxing holiday with a water view

The house was fantastic. Great location for us. It was very clean spacious and inviting. We are a family group that likes to cook and eat together. The kitchen was great and very well provisioned. There was a huge table to eat at that sat 12 easily and enough room to put food in the middle. The view from the lounge/ kitchen and verandah was just lovely. We'll be back

Fabulous property for large group

Thank you for sharing your amazing property Bron! We celebrated my father’s 80th birthday with a weekend away at this property. The house and studio had plenty of room for everyone. The large kitchen had everything we needed to cook up our family roast and the second oven in the studio was a god sent. The boys fished all weekend off the jetty catching fish, octopus and even a mud crab. The outdoor fire pit was lovely and even the dog had a blast. Not to mention the amazing views of Phegans Bay. Highly recommend.

Fabulous Waterfront

Our family had a very relaxing and enjoyable time. On 2 sunny days we moored our boat to the jetty and later took it for a run around the bay, fished, kayaked, sat and soaked up the view. When the weather brought rain, we played board games, chatted, watched TV, and soaked up the lake view. Perfect for a family get together. Safe for the dog and little ones.

Brilliant - house, location and views!

This was a perfect house and location for our family holiday. The house and never-ending water views are even better than shown in the photos. The house has everything- lots of bedrooms, space, bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, self-contained studio, covered deck, bbq, outdoor fridge, even dog beds and bowls! The fully fenced yard meant our two dogs were safe (from road and water), and the jetty was great for kayaking, fishing and swimming. Bron was so lovely to chat to and answered all our questions, and self check in was easy. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful outlook, excellent cross-breeze when the days were hot.

A beautiful outlook and so peaceful. Very comfortable beds. Large sized bedrooms. Plenty of table/dining space to accommodate a large family of 12 and the kitchenware was abundant. The granny flat is perfect for the grandparents who like a bit more quiet to escape the chaos. We had two hot days, 32+ degrees Celsius so the fans were a relief and the cross-breeze was wonderful in the afternoon when the front door and back doors were opened. The outdoor deck, stairs and grassed area is perfect to provide some space from each other. A very pleasant stay.

Girls Xmas get togther

Place was great plenty of room for everyone. All the girls loved it. Unfortunately the weather was great for us to fully enjoy the wharf and firepit but having the outdoor patio with such a great view was lovely. Happy to share some pics if you like. Only negative was communication on getting in. Was no mention of the gate entry which is where we were looking for the key box. Maybe also put small mat inside door as in wet weather it was very slippery

Everything we wanted....plus more

Wow.....what an awesome home. The view as soon as you open the front door is amzing. The house has everything you need, is spacious and was very clean and tidy. We booked for a family catch up to celebrate our mums 70th and mum loves fishing so Illoura was perfect with its own jetty. Caught some good size whiting, some bream (throw backs as undersize) and a mud crab. Our elderly parents occupied the granny flat which was ideal as it gave them their own space. Bonus that we could bring my sisters furbaby. Really enjoyed our weekend and would hesitate to recommend. Will be back for more family catch-ups as we loved it. Thank you Bron.

Family get together

Perfect spot for a family who loves fishing 🎣 the jetty was perfect on high tide & the fish were biting. The lounge/dining area was well appointed & we could all sit together on an extra large industrial dining table with one side having a bench seat that the kids all fitted on comfortably. The kitchen has everything you need, with large bench spaces & more than needed appliances. The sink however needs to be looked at as it would not hold water, it continuously drained & the tap was loose. The couches in the TV area were comfortable & inviting. The back deck area allowed for late afternoon refreshments with perfect water views. The main house bedrooms & bathrooms are clean, comfortable beds & restful. Was disappointed with the bunk beds, one of the top bunks was unusable as there wasn’t a ladder & the bed was not made up, which indicated that it was unsafe. A mattress was placed in the room for one to sleep on the floor. The detached studio which is a great space for a couple with its own ensuite would have been ideal, however the doona had pet hair on it which also went through to the sheets. A trip to Kmart to buy a doona & sheets was required. Apart from those few negatives we all had a lovely time together.
