Carmel Valley wine country is just minutes away, and the natural wonders of Big Sur and its stunning coastline is a beautiful scenic destination you won't want to miss.

Living Spaces
Colorful and bright mid-century décor greets you upon entry to this lively 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage. The spacious living room has two seating areas with a decorative fireplace (no burning), Smart TV and sliding door to the back yard. The home is all one level on the inside.

Outside
Take in a good book on the patio while enjoying the fresh landscaping and mature oak trees. Comfortable outdoor furniture and a gas fire pit feature, a bistro table for two and a propane BBQ grill are on hand to draw you outside for some fresh air.
A separate Zen/Yoga studio in the garden offers private space for meditation, reading, relaxation, ! Mats included.

Kitchen and Dining
The sleek galley kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances that were upgraded in 2025 including a Wolff gas range, microwave, Miele refrigerator and side-by-side refrigerator along with a cozy 2-person table placed under a sunny window and a full size side-by-side washer and dryer. The formal dining room seats 6.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 has a king bed, Smart TV, direct access to the back patio and en suite bathroom with a standing shower.
Bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds and a desk suitable for remote work.
The full hall bathroom contains a shower-over-tub combination.

There is a carport for one vehicle, plus additional driveway parking for 2 more vehicles.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
