Just a few blocks from Sunset Center for concerts, classes and events.

When you want to venture out to the wine country of Carmel Valley, the breathtaking natural wonders of Big Sur or Point Lobos State Reserve, or visit Monterey Peninsula attractions like the Monterey Bay Aquarium and Historic Cannery Row, just hop in the car for a short, often scenic drive. Golfers will love this spot which is near many golf options in the area.

Step through the entry into the spacious living room which feels like a breath of fresh air with its light, soothing colors and partial lofty ceiling. Slip off your shoes and feel the light-colored plush carpet underfoot. Your vacation has begun.
Comfortable seating forms a conversation area perfect for chats, games and watching movies together on the flat screen TV (with cable service). Well-equipped for extended stays!

Kitchen and Dining:
The galley-style kitchen has all the bells and whistles that modern vacationers need, including a coffee bar with both conventional drip and single-cup Keurig-style coffee makers. A window over the sink, durable tile countertops and floors, and handy access to the adjacent laundry area with washer and dryer complete the picture. Classic seating at the nearby dining table and outdoor seating on the rear patio offer dining options. The patio also has a propane BBQ grill and the back yard has privacy fencing and a fire pit for intimate chats around the fire.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Most of the house is on one level, but Bedroom #1 and its bathroom are a few steps up from the rest of the house.
Bedroom #1 has a California king bed, TV and direct en suite access to the hallway bathroom with a shower-over-tub.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower-over-tub.

A beach wagon, beach towels and beach chairs are available for your day trips to nearby Beaches, one of which is about .5 Mile away.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.

Parking options include the one-car garage and two off-street parking spots.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner. Extended stays are often possible.
