Sanctuary Vacation Rentals is proud to present "Casa Blanca Carmel"! This home sleeps up to 6 guests.
Located across the street from La Playa Hotel, two blocks to Ocean Avenue and the Pacific Repertory Theater, and three blocks to Carmel Beach, this 1,690 sf, 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is in the perfect location to enjoy “all things Carmel”. Recently remodeled on arguably one of the best corners in the Golden Rectangle, this home boasts filtered ocean views, a large wind-protected backyard patio, and single car garage.
Living Space
From 8th Avenue, walk up one flight of stairs to the front entrance of this attractive white stucco home. Once inside, all rooms of the home are on the same level. From the main entry hall, enter into the living room with large picture windows, built-in shelves and cabinets, two comfortable sofas, beautiful stone fireplace (decorative only, no burning), TV with premium cable service, carpet flooring, double French doors leading out to an exterior balcony, and double French doors leading out to the brick patio. The entire home is graced with an abundance of natural light. Built in a U-shape around a charming outdoor space, this home lends itself to indoor/outdoor entertaining. The patio has a table with seating for 6.
Kitchen and Dining
The fully-equipped kitchen has white cabinets, quartz countertops, glass subway tile, electric range, double door refrigerator with bottom drawer freezer and dishwasher. The dining area has a glass-top table with seating for 6, a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee while enjoying a peek of the ocean, and double French doors that lead out to the sunny brick patio with a gas grill, plus charcoal Weber barbecue.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 is a primary suite with a king bed, decorative fireplace (no burning), chaise lounge, writer’s desk, and and en-suite bathroom with a shower-over-deep soaking tub, granite countertops and heated tile floor.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, double Dutch door with window leading out to the brick patio, and wicker furniture.
The full bathroom is located off the hallway is complete with granite countertops, standing shower and heated tile floor.
Bedroom #3 has a twin daybed with an optional twin pull-out trundle (can be converted into a King), en-suite bathroom with pedestal sink, stall shower and tile floor. This bedroom has direct outside access through a Dutch door leading out to the brick patio and garage.
Stacked washer and dryer is located in the hallway closet.
Parking in single car garage plus driveway. Street parking is available on a first come, first served basis.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum. Sorry, no cats.
