Ce Carmel Cottage surdimensionnĂ© (2200 pieds carrĂ©s) a Ă©tĂ© nommĂ© "Peace of Heaven" par les propriĂ©taires car ils ont toujours l'impression d'ĂȘtre au paradis lorsqu'ils font le voyage depuis leur maison de la Silicon Valley. "Ils bĂ©nĂ©ficient du repos et de la relaxation dont ils ont tant besoin lorsqu'ils arrivent." La maison est situĂ©e dans la zone "bois" du Carmel et Ă  seulement 15 minutes Ă  pied des restaurants de classe mondiale, des boutiques des galeries d'art et de la plage. Pebble Beach et tout le golf que vous pourriez souhaiter sont Ă©galement Ă  seulement quelques minutes. Le chalet peut accueillir 10 personnes avec 3 chambres Ă©quipĂ©es de lits king size. This home exceeded our expectations. Tastefully decorated, well-organized, everything worked, kitchen well stocked, everything super clean, fabulous location 5 minute drive from the heart of Carmel. My husband and I have stayed at dozens of VRBOs on the West Coast and in Europe and this home was the easiest and most organized stay we've ever had. All the tv's, furnace, fireplace, appliances were so easy to use. The kitchen made sense and included quality cutlery, practical pots and pans, and fully stocked aluminum foil, plastic wrap, paper towels which we appreciated. We've stayed at so many places that were beautiful, but lacked a tea kettle or a skillet or where you needed a PhD to figure out how to use the tv or the furnace. Nice big driveway to park and I was inspired by the front garden and the intoxicating scent coming from one of the beautiful trees. Upstairs there's a glimpse of the sea where you can watch the gorgeous sunsets. This home was equal in comfort, taste, practicality, and location. Highly recommend. We hope to stay here again soon.

This is a beautiful home in Carmel! The host Debra was extremely helpful and extremely responsive! I had a ton of questions and she answered every one of them timely and kindly! She even brought us a humidifier and umbrellas! The house itself had everything a family with kids of all ages could need - including toys for the younger kids and games for the older kids. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed - even ziplock bags for leftovers! I do think that this house is the best stocked house that I have ever rented through VRBO. The location was wonderful as well - close to everything we wanted to do. I would highly recommend staying here for any families with kids! Debra - Thank YOU for making our stay wonderful!!

The house is beautiful and in a great location. The house was decorated beautifully for the holiday season, which was unexpected and greatly appreciated. The only negative, which was not the fault of the hosts, was a three day long, widespread power outage, due to a storm. After the first day, the hosts installed a small, portable generator which powered the fridge, coffee machine, toaster and wifi, which certainly helped make the situation bearable. The house was well stocked with blankets and flashlights, which also helped. We appreciated their efforts to make the situation as good as it could be, under the circumstances.

Great place for our family to stay for a week. Pretty neighborhood (but there is no sidewalks and so we mainly drove into town with our kids). The house is fun with a beautiful yard. They have some amazing trees around their house, we marveled at their beauty constantly! The beach toys/chairs and kids toys were so nice to have. Debra was very responsive and kind. Couldn’t ask for more!

Beautiful home and area. The beds are all very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need. Lots of games to play if you’re traveling with children. Adults could find games to play too. We stayed here with another couple and there was plenty of room for all of us. The home is about a mile from town and about 1.2 miles to the beach. I ran almost everyday we were there.

Lovely home, surprisingly close to downtown Carmel. Beds & linens were very comfortable. The house & grounds were picturesque. Every inch of the property has been groomed attractively. It was comfortable for all, including my large dog. Please know, if you have a dog, it will need to be walked. There is no “yard”, per se. Nice neighborhood to walk in. Management was responsive and very helpful,

The house was adorable and a great location - a 15 minute short walk to downtown and an easy drive to Pebble Beach! The property had all of the comforts of home and we would definitely stay again!

Perfect Family Home

Great location just a short distance to downtown Carmel and perfect for little ones. There were board games / a high chair / pack n play for naps, along with tons of toys! Grill on site had propane and the kitchen was fully stocked to cook at the property. No issues and everything was perfect. We will be back!

Thanksgiving in Carmel

We owned a beautiful second home in Pebble beach for twelve years and spent Thanksgiving’s there every year. We decided to return and let the granddaughters enjoy the experience! This house is in a great location. You can easily get to downtown Carmel, Pebble Beach, Monterey, Carmel Vally and Big Sur. The neighborhood is very quiet with ample streets to walk a dog and kids. The three en-suite bedrooms are much appreciated. There is no easy accessible fenced yard for dogs but the front of the house has two areas of nice lawn for pets and children. We only cooked a couple of dinners in the 11 days we were there, but the kitchen was very well stocked with just about everything you could want. Weber gas BBQ on the deck was much appreciated. This is a very comfortable home in a good location.

Peaceful Place

The house was immaculate. Comfy beds. Nicely appointed. Everything we needed to prepare meals at home. Perfect for our little dog, who did not need a fenced yard. Close to downtown Carmel. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful trees that framed the gorgeous sunsets. We hope to return.

Peace of Haven

This house is so warm and inviting every room is special the house has a Pottery Barn vibe about it. Early mornings we saw a family of deer in the yard and colorful birds we even saw an owl.outside it’s very woodsy with nice setting areas. The house is fully equipped you will find everything you need to make meals. It is close driving distance to shopping and the beach. We enjoyed our week stay and plan to return.

Perfect location in Carmel for week long family vacation

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Property is spotless, cheerful and welcoming. The living space is very comfortable. Each bedroom and bath has its own separate wing so I never heard my 5 month old granddaughter crying at night! Toys and books for kids were an added bonus. Beach chairs, sand wagon and sand toys made trips to the beach easy. While this was a family trip, the house would be perfect for 3 couples to share on a long weekend. B

Lovely Carmel Getaway

This was our second stay at this property, and we love it. The house is bright, open, and comfortable. There is plenty of space, and the kitchen is well-equipped. Just a wonderful place to relax and enjoy Carmel.

Great house for family visiting Carmel-by-the-Sea

This property was amazing! We really enjoyed the space the house provided especially with a 5 and 8 year old, as well as the subtle touches provided (eg, little goodies, wine bottle from owners, lots of USB and power ports, office area, etc.). Also super close to Carmel-by-the-Sea, Pebble Beach, and surrounding attractions. 100% recommended and we will look to hopefully rent when we return to area.

Beautiful property. Accommodates large families comfortably. Nice location to tourist activities. Great travel information in the home. Every appliance and item was included! Really well stocked. Welcome basket was a nice surprise. Strongly recommend!!!

Family trip

We took our kids (23, 26 and 28) to Carmel for the week and this house was the best part of the whole trip which was incredible. The house was one of the best cared for houses with not one thing about it I would criticize. Very well furnished, comfortable beds, great indoor space and outdoor space. We will go back the Carmel and won’t even think about renting any other place than this one! And Debra was incredibly responsive and concerned about our stay being a great one.

We had a wonderful stay. Plenty of room for the entire family (from 3 to 9 people). Great setup, with lots of dives, bathroom stuff, fresh white soft towels and sheets. Neighbors were friendly.
