PLEASE NOTE:

Pool/Spa heat is an optional amenity that is an additional cost to the reservation and can be added to a reservation for a daily rate that varies per home. When pool heat is requested and purchased by you, the pool heater is turned on 1-24 hours prior to your check in date and runs for approximately 8-12 hours per day. Pool heaters operate on a timer that are set to come on in the morning and go off in the evening. Pool/spa heat is available as an optional amenity. Min 3 nights - $188 plus tax, 4+ days $60/per day plus tax.

This home is not pet friendly. Due to severe allergies of one of the owners, we are not able to accommodate Service Animals.

Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests are required to complete a guest registration form prior to arrival.

Pool cleaning is done weekly by a professional company, and they will need access to the pool/Spa area. On rare events they may have to come a 2nd time. The days and times of this may vary depending on weather, Holiday's etc. If you are in the pool when they come, you will have to come out of it so that they can perform their work. Generally, the pool service takes approximately 30 minutes.

Landscaping services are performed weekly by a professional landscaping company. They will need access to the lawn/bushes around the home including any fenced in back yards. The days and times of this may vary depending on weather, Holiday's etc.

Due to HOA Policy Rv's, Boats and Commercial Vehicles are not permitted on the premises

Starter welcome packet supplies:
- 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom
- 2 round hotel-size bar soap per bathroom
- 1 hotel-size shampoo/conditioner per full bathroom
- 1 roll paper towel
- 1 packet dishwasher detergent
- 1 trash bags size-13-gallon
- 1 small box laundry detergent (enough for one load)
- Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans
- No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues.
Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items. This is an industry-standard practice.
