Notre maison peut accueillir toute votre famille et est entièrement meublée avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour rendre votre séjour agréable.

Nous avons 3275 pieds carrés d'espace décoré professionnellement avec 2 Master Suites avec ensuites, 6 chambres au total et 5 salles de bain complètes.

Notre cuisine est entièrement meublée pour que vous choisissiez quand manger et quand manger.

Le salon spacieux est un endroit idéal pour se réunir et regarder un film préféré. De même, nos chambres sont équipées de leur propre télévision afin que chacun puisse avoir son propre espace en cas de besoin.

La cour arrière entièrement clôturée a votre propre piscine privée, bain à remous, barbecue et exposition sud ensoleillée. Des ordinateurs portables et des accessoires de puériculture sont disponibles à la location tout au long de votre séjour.

Des services de garde d'enfants, fournis par sont également disponibles.

Great Stay!

The house was clean and spacious, with plenty of room for the family. The pool and spa were nice, and the host communicated well and responded quickly. We will definitely stay again.

Amazing stay at Solterra Beach Villa

This villa was perfect and exactly as described and as shown in the photos. It has everything we needed and more for a perfect stay. The Solterra resort is clean and safe, quiet neighbours around the villa and within 5/10 mins of lots of restaurants & shops. An easy drive to Disney, about 20 mins. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Solterra Beach resort again in the future and would be my first choice.

Fantastic Villa - Had the best time staying here

Having watched a lot of online videos and reviews we were looking for a villa that catered more for the teen market rather than the tots. The beach villa was so tastefully decorated with no disney/universal character theming and had everything to keep them amused when on a non-park day. The Wi-Fi was great and accessible right through the property a massive bonus. The kitchen was so well presented and had everything you could need for a large family vacation, the pod coffee machine was a particular highlight! Bedrooms, Bathrooms and Pool area were spotless. All the pictures are accurate and represent the property perfectly. The Solterra Resort location is perfect for Disney trips and not that far from Universal. From start to finish dealing with Devon and team was a smooth and easy process. For us 5 stars is not enough, missing it already.

Beautiful Villa on a Great Gated Community 5*

Upon arrival we checked into Security and then headed to the villla. The villa was perfect for our group of 8 adults and 2 children. Great for anyone with mobility issues as we took the downstairs bedroom with bathroom next to it. The rest of our party spread themselves out upstairs and great for the 3 and 1 year old as a travel cot was provided. The villa was lovely and clean and fully stocked with anything we could have possibly needed. The pool area was fabulous and we spent many hours sat outside either in the pool or in the sun or just chatting. All the TV’s were handy for viewing that suited a big group ranging in many ages. The location was perfect for Disney and would definitely stay here again in the future. 5 *****

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

What a wonderful place to take a family (or two). Tremendous value and enough room for 2 families with room to spare. This was great for our two boys with a games room (ping pong, air hockey, foozeball) great pool and second 'family room' where they could watch their own movies. We spent most of our time around the pool and covered lounge area. Amenities at the resort were great. Safe and clean with lots to do for all. 30 min to Disney, and much more. Will go back!

Great stay near Disney

Only 20 minutes to Disney even with the traffic. Beautiful, big house and conveniently right near the resort amenities as well. Gated community definitely has some rules to follow, but we didn't have any issues once we were familiar with parking, etc.

We greatly enjoyed our stay here! The house was very clean and spacious, and the pool and pool area was amazing - the kids spent a ton of time in the pool. The community pool was also very nice. I would highly recommend this property!

Spacious and comfortable

Very spacious for 3 families to split, while all adults had a very nice and private room. Beds were super comfortable, furnishings were all very nice, kitchen had anything we needed. Pool and hot tub were also nice for evenings dips for the kids.

We had an excellent stay at Solterra Villa Resort!

The house & property were immaculate & as described. It was perfect for our large family. Great location, very close to the clubhouse. It had every amenity that we needed. Check in was smooth with good instructions. Devon answered any questions that we had promptly. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Home to rent

Home is lovely, well stocked if you want to cook & eat at home part of your trip. The location is very convenient for a Disney, etc vacation. Six bedrooms, 5 baths gave everyone their own retreat when ‘family’ was too much 24 hrs/day! Lol. Ping pong, pool & spa for relaxing. Perfect spot!

Relaxation Station

Our family, along with extended family stayed comfortably here. We struggle to find somewhere affordable and accommodating for 9 people who range from 9yrs old to 60 hrs old. So clean and comfy. The hosts were super attentive. Would definitely stay again.
