Loved our stay

We stayed here the last week of April and were a party of 6 adults & 1 child. it was a short notice booking due to circumstances outside of our control, but we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The villa is bigger than expected, and the outdoor area is spot on. Being able to use the BBQ without paying extra was a massive bonus too. The beds were all super comfy and the villa kept in a lovely condition. Rodrigo couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating, we can’t thank him enough.

Good property

Overall a good stay. Minor issues but clean and as listed , hard time to heat jacuzzi and one tv not working but everything else was great. We enjoyed our stay there

Very Nice

The property was just as listed. Everything was very nice. The code didn't work but the owner and property manage quickly rectified this issue. I definitely recommend this property.

Great Vacation

House was very clean, there were a few issues with dish washer, pool and hot tub too cool but were fixed upon request. The only thing we didn’t say anything about was the stove oven, it never got hot enough to cook anything. We had a bbq so we just used that.We would stay there again.

Clean and Comfortable

Overall stay was great. There was a broken ice maker that they tried to fix but never was fixed during our stay. We just bought ice when we needed it. Shower in one of the bathrooms overflowed which prevented toilets from flushing. The problem was fixed very quickly and did not interfere with our enjoyment of the rental. The pool, hot tub, and grill all were very nice and clean. We will try to stay here again on our next trip to Florida.

Golf vacation March 2023

Pool and hot tube heat was never at an adequate temperature. Could not us the pool or hot tube. 1st floor TV's never functioned correctly, master bedroom TV no channels, could only connect to Amazon TV. Don't mean to be overly critical, but there were no soap holder or selves in any of the showers and no ceiling fans in bedrooms. Accessing the neighborhood at the main entrance was a complete nightmare every day.

Our stay in Disney

Check in was a nightmare. We arive at the house around 5pm . Staff from the office were leaving for the day but stayed to help us out. The office at the complex doesn't have anything to do with the rental . We were told the office would have all the check in details . If it wasn't for the wonderful staff at the resort we would of had to find another place to stay . To be honest we thought it was a scam . We did receive the lock box number and address from the owner . At least we had a place to stay . We later found out that the office was 30 minutes away . We went there next day to sign vacancy papers . At first they wanted pictures of our passports ...I didn't feel comfortable giving that information out . They settled for my driver's license. The house is huge ...7br ...5 baths....pool and hot tub. We did enjoy our time there . All parks are a long drive. The house was stocked well but we had to call the management company for s couple of things ....new pots ..they were worn out ...dish towels ...sinks were plugged. Tvs were not working . The House is not very clean ...carpets need a desperate cleaning or replacement. The walls are marked up and need a good wash or paint. The gated community is beautiful and the pool was fantastic. Great for kids. Overall it's a rental property that needs a little love . Hope this helps you!!

This property had plenty of room for all of our guests and lots of bathrooms. The pool and hottub were great and well kept. The downside of this home is that is was obvious it was poorly built and not upkept. The carpets could use cleaning, the walls and banisters are pretty gross. It does look like it's surface cleaned in between guests but never deep cleaned. The property had items that were falling apart like towel rods, clogged drains in showers. Things that if it was your own home you would upkeep. The good thing about this home was the owner who was quick to communicate, the closeness to restaurants and disney. The space inside the home is plentiful. You do need to bring literally all your needs though. Buy toilet paper, soap, dishsoap, shampoo and conditioner, all foods including spices if you plan to cook. Overall, not bad, I would even come back again, I just wish the maintenance and cleanliness were better.

Home with great floor plan

We had four couples in our party all over 50 to attend a concert, visit Disney Springs and Epcot. The floor plan of the home allowed privacy with all bedrooms having ample space and providing a separate bathroom for each couple. The screened in pool, hot tub area and open kitchen/great room offered a great gathering space for the time we spent at the property. We would definitely rent again.

My 8yr old birthday vacation

I want to start off saying the home was absolutely beautiful. We had no trouble getting in or out of the home. It was some furniture in the home that can be updated normal wear and tear. Overall I will rent this property again.

Nice home!

Very nice house, housekeeping needs to clean a little harder. Floors had spots that needed mopping and carpet need cleaning as well. But other than that, the house was nice. Yes I would stay at this location again.

Expectations/Clarification

1. Expectation of outdoor trash bin remaining free of waste and spillage: Bin was foul, soiled and had trash in it when we arrived. My expectation is that I should not have to clean something for concerns of being charged a cleaning fee because previous residents did not adhere to rules. 2. Expectation of sufficient glassware, dishes and utensils for renters: Rental property accommodates 16 residents. There were not enough dishes or glassware on site to seat and feed that many residents without having to purchase these items or paperware. My expectation is that the residence is stocked sufficiently to support events of the stay. This should be rectified/clarified with the renter prior to coming. 3. Expectation that sufficient towels and washcloths and dishtowels are present: There were enough towels for 16 people if were to have a full house. 4. Expectation that appliances are in good working order: Grill temp thermometer and burners were not working to full capacity. Created difficulty in cooking. Toaster was damaged and was slow in heating.

welcome to davenport

the house was true to pics but the wifi sucked as soon as you get into the property your phone doesnt work and everyone had different carriers still same problems the tvs did not work the grill was broke so no bbq 1st night hot tub was not hot but they fixed that in the morning. the barkyard alarm went off every time you opened the door and if the door wasnt shut in 30sec it goes off again the stove something was wrong because my private chef had difficulties cooking my breakfast and dinner the sink stopped up and nobody came to address it no pool table neither so overall the house was big and beautiful my biggest problem was the connection within the whole community was horrible no signal outside the house and hardly any inside the house other than that my stay was very pleasant and comfortable for adults if the connection get better i would love to return thanks for having me in your home

Covid Getaway

My family and I enjoyed out stay. The communication between myself and the homeowners was beyond impeccable. The owners welcomed my family and I to their home immediately and replied expeditiously to all my messages. I would definitely reserve this property for future rentals. Great Stay

We spent 10 days in this beautiful house. Plenty of space for the entire family. The house was very clean and exactly as advertised. We really enjoyed spending time in the hot tub at night. The only thing we noticed is there was limited cell phone service. We relied on the house WiFi. Everyone had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Would go again, but would ask more questions at the outset

Overall, it was a great place to stay with our friends. 2 couples and 4 kids all together. Plenty of space and privacy. Pool temperature and hot tub was a little tricky at first but they someone out and it was much better. We were a little disappointed to find there were no very basic supplies and had to go shopping immediately after a long day of travel - no extra trash bags for kitchen (had 2 extra for bathrooms) no salt, pepper, one roll of paper towels (that lasted barely a day with 8 people), no plastic wrap or foil, no dish soap, no dishwasher soap (not even one tab to get us started) or sponge (we ended up using a face cloth for the 1st night - sorry), no surface cleaner for the counters or table. No mention of this in the description, I guess it could be our fault or theirs but I can say in other VRBO properties, or AirBnB we have done. The basics (and more) were provided or otherwise stated. Once we got our basics covered, all went well. We don't expect a full spice rack or to be fully stocked, but some things should be provided for the stay at this price point in particular. Other than that, the location was great. I would go again - but shop like I was going camping before hand. We spent more money than we planned or wanted to having to stock things we could have just brought from home. Worse, I didn't want to spend the time doing it on vacation.

The house was amazing. It was clean and very spacious. I will definitely use this property again.

We had a wonderful time in Orlando. This home was beautiful and very spacious. I would definitely recommend this property. The only thing that I would recommend is for them to check the heater for the pool and the jacuzzi. The pool/jacuzzi never got hot/warm for us to use it. That was the only bummer 😟

Can't wait to come back!

It was the perfect stay! Rodrigo and his wife were very helpful, nice and responded super quick. The house was super clean. It was bigger than I expected. The beds were also comfy. My mother is in a wheelchair and the bottom floor had plenty of space for her to get around. The kitchen sink started to leak so I called the number for management and the stove was missing a knob when I got there. But they both worked fine. We went to Disney and it is a really close drive. The most was 20 minutes, unless you were stuck in rush hour. Definitely going to book this home again. We didn't want to leave! We loved it!

The house is very spacious, large and bright. The pool area is also nice. The next step was to hire a decorator to make our home even more special.
