Loved our stay

We stayed here the last week of April and were a party of 6 adults & 1 child. it was a short notice booking due to circumstances outside of our control, but we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The villa is bigger than expected, and the outdoor area is spot on. Being able to use the BBQ without paying extra was a massive bonus too. The beds were all super comfy and the villa kept in a lovely condition. Rodrigo couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating, we can’t thank him enough.

Great Vacation

House was very clean, there were a few issues with dish washer, pool and hot tub too cool but were fixed upon request. The only thing we didn’t say anything about was the stove oven, it never got hot enough to cook anything. We had a bbq so we just used that.We would stay there again.

Great Stay

We spent 10 days in this beautiful house. Plenty of space for the entire family. The house was very clean and exactly as advertised. We really enjoyed spending time in the hot tub at night. The only thing we noticed is there was limited cell phone service. We relied on the house WiFi. Everyone had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Host was attentive at first, but stopped responding on the final 2 days. I reserved the location because it has a hot tub and pool. They offer pool heating for an additional 35 per day. I advised them that I wanted to add that. Neither the pool nor the hot tub had warm or hot water. I messaged the host every day advising him of the cold water issues with the pool and hot tub. He did send someone to try to heat the pool but it never heated. We were unable to utilize the pool or hot tub for any of the 5 days we were there. I also advised the host that the first floor master bedroom has a lingering foul odor. Smells like a plumbing issue or maybe even a dead mouse. We don’t know what the odor was but it lingered in that room all 5 days. The tv in an upstairs bedroom wasn’t working. The host did promptly replace it though. Lastly, for a 5 day stay, we were given 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one towel and one washcloth per person. This was one of the house guests first VRBO experience, she said she’ll never do vacation house rental again based on this experience. I believe I’m due a partial refund for our inability to utilize the advertised hot tub and heated pool.

My experience with this guest was quite disappointing compared to all my other guests. I warned her that the winter weather was affecting the pool heater, and she chose not to hire the extra service. However, she still complained throughout her stay that the water was cold. The TV in the room broke down during her stay, and I promptly bought a new one so she wouldn't be without one. The smell in the bathroom did indeed occur because it came from the sewer. We contacted the team, and the problem was resolved, and the guest didn't complain again during her stay. Only at check-out did she request a refund for the cold pool (but she didn't pay for a heated pool) and complained that the bathroom smell had never gone away, but she never let me know about it. In short: I really don't want to have this type of guest in my home, unfortunately.

Clean and Comfortable

Overall stay was great. There was a broken ice maker that they tried to fix but never was fixed during our stay. We just bought ice when we needed it. Shower in one of the bathrooms overflowed which prevented toilets from flushing. The problem was fixed very quickly and did not interfere with our enjoyment of the rental. The pool, hot tub, and grill all were very nice and clean. We will try to stay here again on our next trip to Florida.

Fantastic house!!!

Had great communication in advance of the stay with Rodrigo and everything turned out to be even better than anticipated!! House is stunning, was immaculately cleaned in advance of our arrival and was the perfect home for our week in Florida.The beds were the comfiest beds we have experienced and all bedrooms were huge. More than enough bathrooms that were all great (not even sure we used them all during the stay!) and then the pool and hot tub were amazing - heated perfectly which meant it was great to use morning, afternoon and night. Some of the poolside furniture could do with replacing (rust on the legs of the sunbeds - but that would be my only issue and even then it wasnt even really an issue!). We spent one day using the resort pool/waterslide/lazy river - all very nice as well but my kids preferred being at the house and swimming there!Used door dash a few evenings and had no issues getting food delivered to the house.Everything is about a 10-20 min drive from the house - stores, restaurants etc and the drive into Orlando for theme parks was sometimes a pain in the butt (but that is summer traffic in Florida).Would absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking for a perfect house.

Can't wait to come back!

It was the perfect stay! Rodrigo and his wife were very helpful, nice and responded super quick. The house was super clean. It was bigger than I expected. The beds were also comfy. My mother is in a wheelchair and the bottom floor had plenty of space for her to get around. The kitchen sink started to leak so I called the number for management and the stove was missing a knob when I got there. But they both worked fine. We went to Disney and it is a really close drive. The most was 20 minutes, unless you were stuck in rush hour. Definitely going to book this home again. We didn't want to leave! We loved it!

Golf vacation March 2023

Pool and hot tube heat was never at an adequate temperature. Could not us the pool or hot tube. 1st floor TV's never functioned correctly, master bedroom TV no channels, could only connect to Amazon TV. Don't mean to be overly critical, but there were no soap holder or selves in any of the showers and no ceiling fans in bedrooms. Accessing the neighborhood at the main entrance was a complete nightmare every day.

Hi Joseph!! Your trip could have been 5 stars if you had at least contacted me about these details. By the way, I did not receive any messages from you during your entire stay. As advertised: my property does not actually have a ceiling fan, only central air conditioning. About the TVs, most likely the Spectrum must have had some oscillation and it would be easy to solve your problem: it was necessary to reset the device and everything would return to normal. Regarding the pool heat: if you had warned me about the temperature issue, I would have sent a technician to solve the problem for you in less than 24 hours. Unfortunately, there was a lack of communication on your part... I would have been delighted to resolve these details. About the movement of cars on the avenue at the entrance to the condominium, this is actually beyond my power to help you. In fact, in busy times like the beginning of Spring Break, tourist cities tend to get more populous and, facts like that occur... I'm sorry I couldn't help you... I would LOVE to have supported you, but you He hasn't called me once since he arrived at the house. I sent you a message on the 16th of February and you didn't get back to me... too bad. Lack of communication on your part...

This property had plenty of room for all of our guests and lots of bathrooms. The pool and hottub were great and well kept. The downside of this home is that is was obvious it was poorly built and not upkept. The carpets could use cleaning, the walls and banisters are pretty gross. It does look like it's surface cleaned in between guests but never deep cleaned. The property had items that were falling apart like towel rods, clogged drains in showers. Things that if it was your own home you would upkeep. The good thing about this home was the owner who was quick to communicate, the closeness to restaurants and disney. The space inside the home is plentiful. You do need to bring literally all your needs though. Buy toilet paper, soap, dishsoap, shampoo and conditioner, all foods including spices if you plan to cook. Overall, not bad, I would even come back again, I just wish the maintenance and cleanliness were better.

Great house! Spacious and clean! Quick and easy walk to the pool and clubhouse.

Loved the house! Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Kitchen was well-equipped. Everything went smoothly, from check in to check out. Owner answered all questions within the hour and was very helpful. We paid to heat the pool, and had no problems with that at all.Would not hesitate in the least to rent this exact home again. Our only concerns were that the cell phone service was very limited inside the house. The development is still new, and cell phone towers are not installed nearby yet. Wasn't too much of a problem except when someone in the group was out and trying to reach us. We didn't receive the calls. But I am sure that will get better as the construction wraps up. My only other real "issue" would be that I would have really liked ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the family room. However, neither of those concerns would keep me from renting this home again. Do not hesitate to rent this house! Thanks for a great experience!

Check in was a nightmare. We arive at the house around 5pm . Staff from the office were leaving for the day but stayed to help us out. The office at the complex doesn't have anything to do with the rental . We were told the office would have all the check in details . If it wasn't for the wonderful staff at the resort we would of had to find another place to stay . To be honest we thought it was a scam . We did receive the lock box number and address from the owner . At least we had a place to stay . We later found out that the office was 30 minutes away . We went there next day to sign vacancy papers . At first they wanted pictures of our passports ...I didn't feel comfortable giving that information out . They settled for my driver's license. The house is huge ...7br ...5 baths....pool and hot tub. We did enjoy our time there . All parks are a long drive. The house was stocked well but we had to call the management company for s couple of things ....new pots ..they were worn out ...dish towels ...sinks were plugged. Tvs were not working . The House is not very clean ...carpets need a desperate cleaning or replacement. The walls are marked up and need a good wash or paint. The gated community is beautiful and the pool was fantastic. Great for kids. Overall it's a rental property that needs a little love . Hope this helps you!!

My family group of 7 adults stayed for 4 days. We had a great time. I had a few questions during the stay and the host responded promptly each time. The place is spacious and beautiful.

When we decided to buy a home in Orlando, among many we visited, this was the one that most delighted us! A calm and very beautiful place, close to the parks and many facilities. The house is very spacious, large and bright. The pool area is also nice. The next step was to hire a decorator to make our home even more special.
