Amaroo House is a unique recipe of informal country living with an industrial vibe.

It welcomes groups with a maximum of 8 adults and up to 4 children (maximum 12 guests in total)

Pets are welcome on request—please provide details of your pet at the time of booking for approval.

This comfortable, two storey house has four bedrooms, large family spa bathroom with whirl tub, toilet and shower. Full laundry with toilet. The upstairs retreat with open beam ceilings features a Queen bed with en-suite and walk-in-robe. Small lounge and a table for two. Downstairs a colourful bunk room with two bunks and a full size trundle comfortably sleeps five with a few toys and games. Double doors opening to the courtyard where the blackboard and easel for the creative ones can be found. Next is a beautifully decorated Tri bunk room (Double bed with Single bunk above). The last bedroom features a Queen bed beautifully styled retro bedside tables and lights double doors open to the courtyard.

Offering space, comfort, tranquillity and glorious views. Sleeping up to twelve guests (with a maximum of 8 adults), this beautiful luxury home and pool is set on three acres, perfectly positioned between Berry and Seven Mile Beach. Tucked away at the base of Coolangatta Mountain.

The open plan living area has a comfy L shaped lounge with 50inch TV and bluray DVD, and a wealth of board games. A large 12 seater dining table. A second lounge area situated around the log burner leading across to the well equipped kitchen and breakfast bar.

The covered back deck has a dining table for you to savour the view or put up a hanging chair a enjoy the moment. Amaroo is surrounded by a luscious expanse of green lawns, which is the perfect spot for a game of soccer, boulles or to soak up the natural serenity with commanding views of Cambewarra lookout and Berry Mountain. For the more adventurous, ride the mountain bike trail in the back paddock or climb up Coolangatta Mountain for great views of the Illawarra and ocean. The property also has a large swimming pool to cool off after an adventurous day or there's the outdoor spa to soak in at night whilst enjoying the magnificent skies!

Things to note:

A tenant lives on site in a separate cottage on the property, she does not have access to the main house.

Bookings made for a Thursday and Friday nights or Sunday and Monday nights are charged at the full weekend tariff

Firewood is provided from Easter Long weekend - October long weekend (or as per direction from NSW Rural Fire Service)

Please note - we do not accept any back to back bookings during this time. If there is guests checking IN or OUT backing onto dates you have selected online we will ask to you move your booking back one day before confirming the details.
