This four-bedroom, two-bathroom property features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space that connects to a covered patio area and a delightful inground saltwater pool with a separate spa and an infrared sauna. The spectacular 5 Acres welcomes you on your next getaway. Its quietly positioned in a peaceful pocket just outside Berry.

Comfortably accommodating eight adults and four children, this is the next spot to make memories with your family. The perfect place to relax and enjoy the rural surroundings.

Couldn’t have been happier with our stay here. Was a surprise weekend for my wife’s 40th birthday. House was clean amenities were great. Enough space for everyone to relax Look forward to staying again

Amazing Weekend Escape

The property was unbelievable has everything you could possible need. Outdoor spa, indoor fireplace, amazing kitchen and living area, the most comfortable bed you could sleep. Could easily have stayed in the house all weekend and not explored berry, kiama or kangaroo valley without a care in the world. Perfect location because you feel you are away from all the troubles of the world but you are only 5 minutes from Berry. Booking and communication was done quickly and easily. Cant wait for the next trip.

Beautiful Country Escape

Watching the sunset behind the beautiful mountains while enjoying a lovely warm spa! This house has a place for everyone to enjoy their time away and a fIreplace to keep the chill out. Short drive to explore wonderful local wineries or specialty shops if you want a day out. Host was friendly and welcoming. Go experience the luxury!

Amazing location

Absolutely amazing location with stunning views. Everything about the house was exceptional. The pool, spa and grounds are well kept. The rooms were spacious and bathrooms and kitchen clean and modern.

Beautiful property and lots of toys for thd little ones

Great family holiday property

We had a great stay at Cullengetty Estate. Communications with John was superb and everything we needed was accommodated. The house was great for our young family with plenty for the kids to do and yet ideally placed for access to the beach, Berry and local vineyards. We would highly recommend staying here.

Family friendly fun

We had a great stay, not only were the living areas beautifully furnished and comfortable it was also very family friendly for the kids. Lots of toys and activities for them and us to do. So close to Food, and park areas also!

This was an amazing house. The were no complaints at all. Seriously wonderful home, well furnished, with every need though of and taken care of. The beds were all so comfy! The pool and spa were amazing. The fire was perfect! We will definitely be back!

Overall impression was that the pool and spa were well placed, being visible from the main area of the house. The outdoor lounge area was lovely. The furnishings inside were high quality and tasteful. Suggest turning one lounge to face the fire. Many thanks from the Palmer family.

Nice house in a nice location

Overall the experience was nice. John was a very accomodating host. The house was furnished nicely with very comfy beds. A couple of negative points are that the bathrooms are a little bit dated, and the outside of the house had lots of cob webs and spiders and some bird droppings on furniture. The pool and hot tub were great, its a shame that there are plants planted all around the pool, so we werent able to enjoy the view whilst in the pool and hottub. We enjoyed our stay, but will probably not stay here again.
