Wonderful Condo

We loved our stay at this beachfront condo! The location right on the shore and the incredible ocean view made our trip unforgettable. We spent a lot of time on the almost private balcony. It’s close to everything you need like shopping, restaurants, and activities. The space was clean and comfortable, though it could use a few cosmetic upgrades, the good far outweighed that. The property was in the process of upgrading. Overall, it was a wonderful and relaxing getaway—we would gladly stay here again!

The condo was perfect! We had a wonderful view of the beach and great beach access. There are shopping & restaurants close by.

Perfect for a quiet trip

We enjoyed this location and hope to be back next year. It was the perfect size for us and had everything we needed. Grocery shopping was right across the street, and the beach was beautiful! The view from the 14th floor was stunning!

Booked thru VRBO website, but received all following messages from I-Trip and they only took "deposit" at VRBO SITE, then multiple messages to pay final payment thru I-Trip, their phone number showed 'local' but was not and one of the 4 times called operator was on a busy street with traffic and sirens in background. Additionally tge iTrip link wanted way too much 'protected' personal information to make: final payment and login/create acct. that didn't want OR should need when booking thru VRBO. Will not book again if iTrip us the final payment for a VRBO service that didn't get when other than initial booking and partial payment (that was actually iTrip too).Again no desire to use 3td party, based in foreign country with operators barely communicating in English, and requesting personal information. Never had this experience and many prior VRBO Reservations.Seachase Condo and grounds were cleaned and well maintained, guard on duty too. Only 1 working elevator in our tower and it went down for 2 hours on check-in day carrying items up 13 flights of stairs in not good.

Very overpriced. Things in the unit didn't work. The security guard tried to call the cops on my 19-year-old daughter for being at the pool. Some boys jumped the fence and were at the pool that didn't belong to the resort

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the items in the unit, the only maintenance issue reported to us during your stay was that the jacuzzi tub was not working. We offered to have our maintenance team come out and address the issue, but we understand that you preferred not to have anyone enter the unit during your stay. We always want our guests to have the opportunity to have issues addressed as quickly as possible, and we would have been happy to send someone if you had decided to allow it. The situation at the pool was outside of our management of the property. The resort’s security team is responsible for enforcing the pool and property rules, and we were not involved in the circumstances described. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to do everything we can to ensure our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

This condo met all of our expectations and then some! The view truly is unmatched. I looked at several other listings and none had the unobstructed view this condo has! The amenities were great both in the condo and at the resort. The five pools assured more space for people to spread out so it never felt crowded. The hot tubs were great size and accommodated everyone and we met a lot of great people that way! The saunas were wonderful after a workout in the nice fitness center. For this being an older resort, it is maintained really well and the grounds/pools were pristine. We’ve agreed as a family we will be back next year and the years following, Lord willing! Thank you for a great stay, 1403W!

This condo is THE place to stay! We loved this so much, we'll absolutely be coming back! The condo was so spacious! We especially loved the views (being on the 14th floor helps), the huge balcony, all of the windows, and we really appreciated the comfortable living room furniture and beds. I really can't say enough great things about this property!

Property was great! The rooms were clean and one could not have had a better host. What can I say about the view except that it was AWESOME! We ate out in the balcony several times! The sunset was beautiful! We will be back!
