Cozy getaway

We were in town for a soccer tournament at the end of our spring break so we decided to have a little getaway instead of commuting. Everything is new and nice at the Heavenly Haven. We would go back!

This place was amazing ! Loved the screened in patio area for our golden doodle , beds were soft , We even got to see some bears that came up to the screened in porch ! Short distance to downtown Gatlingburg

The prefect Gatlinburg stay!

The 4 of us has a wonderful and very relaxing stay at Heavenly Haven in Eden Crest! Check in was a breeze! We had everything we needed plus so much more! It’s very spatious and we need voided privacy for all guests! We will def rent here again!

Everything was great, except hot tub went into Sleep Mode overnight, so it was cold at 7:00 in the morning when we wanted to enjoy it with a cup of coffee.

Great place for family!

Stayed here for a couple nights during fall season with my wife and toddler. They are building a new unit literally right next door, so construction noise was present during the day. We were out most of the time and wasn’t a big deal for us, however worth mentioning if you plan to stay in. Convenient location. Close to downtown Gatlinburg. Super clean, had all the amenities you’d need. Great for families. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place, great communicate!!

Such a nice place!! We had issues with our shower drain being clogged the first day so we called in a maintenance request and they were out within an hour to take care of it! Very responsive and easy to reach them. Absolutely loved the screened in porch with the hot tub and grill. 5 minutes to downtown gatlinburg. Very happy with our stay and will definitely be back!!

Anniversary Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Heavenly Haven. Although it was just my husband, myself and our 3 little dogs, we think this cabin would be perfect for two couples. It has two identical master-sized bedrooms with jacuzzi tubs and walk in showers, just on different floors. There is also a screened in back porch with a hot tub, but we felt that the tub inside got much warmer. We loved the pool, that was located just up the hill from our cabin. The water was a perfect temperature. The location of the cabin is on the crafters loop in Gatlinburg and just about a 10 minute drive from the Gatlinburg strip.

Didn’t want to leave to even go to Dollywood!

This was our first VRBO experience & we were wowed. We visited the area with adults, teenager and 6 year old- the house had something for everyone. We were so cozy and entertained that we didn’t want to leave to do touristy things- should have booked an extra night just to chill. The pool table and arcade game kept the guys busy while the girls got ready without complaint haha, the jacuzzi tubs with fireplaces were the ultimate chill zone and fun for the little one. Extremely CLEAN, quiet, cozy and will be returning. Truly a heavenly haven and 0 complaints. Super easy from booking to leaving. Thank you!

Nice newer cabin. Hot tub has terrible jets. Does not hardly pump water. Pool table missing solid green ball. Has two yellow striped balls. Will not let you cancel or move dates without insurence. Be aware

We do apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused you and your family. The hot tub jets can be adjusted by turning to allow for personal preference. As for the cancellation policy, we state this during the booking process and in the rental agreement that each guest electronically signs. All of the cabins are privately owned and must hold to the policy for both our guests and cabin owners. We are sorry that were not able to accommodate the date change as this was requested the week before your arrival. Please accept our sincerest apologies if your stay was less than satisfactory due to the concerns that you mentioned. It is not our intention to be the source of problems and issues while staying with us but just the opposite. We hope you take this experience as an isolated one and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you in the future.

Weekend away

We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday, and we absolutely loved the property except for one detail. The door lock was really hard to work. We fought with it a number of times. We heard of people in the cabin next to us having the same issue, so I think it’s a defect in the keypads used with those properties.

Great proximity to Rocky Top Sports complex!

We visit for football tournaments and the location is perfect! The houses are fairly new and well appointed. They are pretty crammed together so not private and no Mountain Views, but we were ok with that and went in knowing. My only complaint would be they are stingy with things like trash bags (you get one!) and soap (two bathrooms had none), toilet paper (one roll per bathroom), etc. At the rates charged for four nights, I would expect to not have to purchase my own necessities. Other than that I have zero complaints.

This area is best! EdenCrest is awesome!

We have been renting cabins, annually, for the last 22 years. This cabin and area make the top 2 we've rented! The cabin was very clean and very well stocked for cooking. The master suites have comfortable king beds, the kitchen has a lot of counter space, and the colors are very warm and welcoming. The customer service from EdenCrest is top notch! We had an issue with the cabin 's a/c unit, late one afternoon, after returning from the parkway (5pm). I contacted customer service and by 745 pm, it was fixed! Great service and a great stay. This area is beautiful and even though we didn't have a mountain view, it didn't matter!

Comfortable stay for 4

Very nice rental at Heavenly Haven, still smells new and not like it has been used much. Comfortable beds and air conditioning works well. The condos are very close together so if anyone is partying on their porch you are likely to hear it. The condo only had one hair dryer in the whole house so if you are with a group of women make sure you bring your own. No kitchen supplies like oil, salt, pepper, etc so again make sure you bring your own from home. Hand soap was like the bars you get in a hotel stay that does not wash off very well. Cell phone and internet service is pretty poor just FYI.
