We couldnt enjoy the hot tub or sitting by the fire due to smell. There was nails hanging out of the wood by bathroom on main level which ripped brand new pants that still had tags on it .

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay and couldn’t have asked for more. The location (close to the artist loop) was great and we enjoyed the fire table each night and the hot tub as well! The kids loved watching movies on the comfy sofa and I appreciate that it is a pet friendly cabin. Communication was amazing before and during our stay. I would absolutely stay again!

Cabin was very clean. Hot tub was also very clean. Had an issue with the fire put but property management was very quick to respond and fixed the issue. We liked that the grill was plumbed for gas as well. Made it much easier than dealing with LP or charcoal.

The views were not as good as the pics due to the foliage growing over. Cabin was great though for the family. Only issue we had was the freezer door was left open, not a big deal. I dumped the ice and everything worked perfectly.

Fun Spring Break

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful cabin. Everything was great - cabin was clean, nice amenities, and location was convenient and close to all the Gatlinburg attractions. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others

Far enough away from everything to really be away and close enough to be in downtown Gatlinburg.
