Snow on the Bluff is your perfect three-bedroom, three-bathroom townhome, with mountain access as well as only being a few minutes from Main Street! A true ski-in/ski-out property with all the amenities, including a private hot tub, fireplace, propane grill, highspeed internet & cable. Snow on the Bluff provides your group with that special “home away from home” mountain feel that will be sure to create many incredible memories for your friends and family!

---1st Floor – Ground Level Contains---

GARAGE/DRIVEWAY
As you enter through the garage, you'll find space for one car, as well as room to store equipment and an additional refrigerator for extra food and drinks! IMPORTANT: There is NO street parking allowed. You may only bring two vehicles. Additional vehicles will be towed without a warning.

ENTRYWAY / LAUNDRY
When entering the home from the garage, you'll first walk into an entryway with a storage closet as well as laundry units tucked away for your use!

FIRST BEDROOM / FIRST BATHROOM
The first bedroom contains a single twin bed and a twin over full bunk bed, sleeping four total! Also including a full-size closet and dresser that provides plenty of storage space.

Across the hall you'll find the first full bathroom, complete with a shower and tub!

DOWNSTAIRS LIVING AREA/HOT TUB:

Just outside the first bedroom and bathroom is a downstairs living area which has a mounted flatscreen TV with cable and a DVD player. The couch pulls out into a queen size bed and sleeps two!

The downstairs living area grants access to the downstairs patio and hot tub! The full size Bullfrog tub overlooks 4 O'Clock Run, Snowflake Lift, and the east end of town!

---2nd Floor – Main Level Contains ---

FAMILY ROOM /PATIO / KITCHEN / DINING ROOM
Head up the stairs to the 2nd floor, and the main level opens up with the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Hardwood floors and a mountain-vintage décor encompass the entire floor for a perfect environment for drinking coffee or enjoying a group dinner together.

The family room includes large flatscreen TV with cable, as well as a built-in electric fireplace. Just outside the family room is a private patio, that includes a propane grill on the deck, perfect for barbequing after a long day of skiing or biking! The deck is east facing with more views of 4 O'Clock Run, Snowflake Run and the town of Breckenridge in the backdrop.

Adjacent to the family room and just inside the deck you'll see the dining room table that seats six surrounded by natural light and views. To conclude the main living area, you'll see the kitchen, which is stocked with all the basic cooking essentials, a full-size refrigerator, four-eyed electric stovetop, and a breakfast bar that seats three.

SECOND BEDROOM / SECOND BATHROOM
The main level also includes the second bedroom which includes a queen size bed, walk-in closet, and west-facing views so you can look at which peak 9 runs you want to ski that day! Just outside the second bedroom you'll find the second full bathroom, which is shared with the main floor.

---3rd Floor – Top Level Contains---

MASTER BEDROOM / MASTER BATHROOM
Head into the last door of the upper floor, where you'll find the Master suite, fitted with a king-size bed, flat-screen television with cable, and closet. With its own en-suite bathroom, including a large jetted tub, separate shower, and double sink countertops, you'll have the space you need to relax. West, resort-facing windows out of the master bath, and east facing windows provide the master suite/bath with views of just about everything Breckenridge has to offer!

You'll check yourself in with an access code, which is provided automatically before you arrive. We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels.

This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.

This home is not pet-friendly.

Breathtaking

Literally breathtaking. Mountains and location are beautiful. Easy access to surrounding shops. One issue we had was incorrect directions given by property manager. After turning onto four o’clock road, make sure you turn left on kings crown (this step was missing) THEN turn right onto Snowflake Drive. Otherwise, we loved the area, house was HUGE and beds were comfy. Beautiful views. Tons of amenities.

good location but maintenance issues

Great location. It was a bit flat coming in on Snowflake run at the end of the day, but worth it to ski out to the lift at the start of the day. The kitchen was well stocked and it had a good layout (kids could stay on bottom floor). There were some maintenance issues- the pull out couch frame was bent and basically unusable. Some of the windows didn't open. The garage key pad stopped working. The ice maker and water in the refrigerator weren't working. Part of the hot tub seat was broken. We requested more towels so we would have enough for the hot tub and did not receive them. Also, the cleaning fee seems high as you are asked to remove all trash and wipe down the counters.

We hope to visit Breckinridge next year and we will try to stay here again. Great location, convenient to slopes, town, shops and restaurants. We had a great time!

Place was great, convenient to slopes and town!!!

I would recommend a broom or a vacuum. We stayed for 2 weeks and it would have been nice to clean the kitchen floor easily, rather than a wipe with my hands!!

Christmas Week

Location - Location - Location !! Exceeded expectations. Get dressed in the heated garage and walk 30 yards to put skis on and off. Really can't get much closer. Walk to town or take a 2 min car ride down to public lot. Town was massively over crowded, and we still didn't have any issues navigating parking, etc. each night for dinner and shopping. This location is by far the best for skiers and non-skiers. We will be back to this property for sure!

Perfect location

This townhouse was located in the perfect location. Walking distance to town, trail right behind house, and wonderful views of the mountain. There is also a ski lift located right behind the property too. We went in summer so it wasn't operational. The fireplace came in handy too as we were hiking and got caught in a sudden sleet downpour and Temps in the 30s. Yes in late June. Overall we enjoyed this property and would definitely stay again.

Location location location

Perfect for our group of 9. Ski in/Ski out was exactly as described and worked great with the kids (ie no lugging their equipment back and forth). House was spacious and hot tub was a hit every night after skiing. Would highly recommend this house for any Breck skiers! 10-15 minute walk to town is a nice bonus.

The property was in a great location. We had a few new skiers and I would more accurately describe it as a ski out, and a walk/hike in. The home could use a few updates due to a ripped couch, old bedding, paint and dents on the walls and a deep clean. Overall we had a very good experience.

True ski in ski out

We had the best time and the ski in ski out made the difference. Easy walk out of the garage and down a quick flight Of stairs to access ski trail and lift. Easy trail in at end of day! Private hot tub and space to spread out made our time as a family well worth it. Skiers paradise!

Great ski in/out, but tucked away!

Family loved the spot - away from the mayhem of base areas, 20 yards to Snowflake lift, and fairly easy return once you figure it out. Also, if you need to rent equipment, it is right there below house/at lift. House is very comfortable, functional, well equipped, and spacious. Only possible downside would be that it is outdated, yet in generally good shape. Would absolutely return & recomend to friends!

Awesome family winter retreat

This beautiful home was perfect for our family. For the skiers, the ski in/ski out access was super convenient. The free town shuttle stop is nearby and so convenient we never used our personal vehicle. Thanks Katie for sharing your home.
