Our cabin has been perfectly designed to allow you to relax, unwind and decompress. Our large deck overlooks a lush green filled forest with a peaceful stream nearby. We even have string lights for a cozy evening outside under the stars!

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have awesome large ceiling fans that make for a nice, cool breezy vibe since there is no air conditioning in the home. ☺️

* Parking is available for 2 cars ONLY! Please do not try to fit more. This is for safety reasons.
* Please bring your own firewood so you can create that warm and cozy vibe!
* The home is a smart home and the heater can be controlled remotely if you need help. House does not have AC. But we provide fans and have awesome large ceiling fans in bedrooms.
* The driveway leading to the front door has steps with a landing and hand rail.
* NO SMOKING of any kind permitted and NO UNAUTHORIZED PETS. If you sneak in a pet WITHOUT PAYING the pet fee, you will be told to leave with no refund and no return of deposit. This fee goes directly to our cleaners to help maintain that “hypo allergenic” cleanliness for those guests who are sensitive to allergies.

* Laundry access for week or more stays only.
* TV is a smart tv. NO cable, but equipped with all your favorite apps to watch all your favorite movies and shows. All you need to do is log into your account or mirror from your personal device.
* During winter stays, please make sure you have chains during the snowy weather or law enforcement will not let you up or down the mountain.
* There are stairs from the driveway that lead to the front door.
* We also supply just enough toiletry items and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom to get your stay started!

*** There are Ring cameras on the exterior of the property for your safety and ours:) Please no extra guests/visitors that are not in initial booking and/or host has no knowledge of and approved. If you are not who you say you are, you will be reported and told to leave with no refund and your deposit will be kept.

Even though Lake Arrowhead is a private lake and there is no lake/beach access, Skypark at Santa’s Village is way better! It is the Disneyland of the woods and appropriate for all ages!! Book your reservation online so you and your family don’t miss out on the fun!
