Évasion rustique en forêt près du village avec jolie terrasse

Hi Darren, we're so glad you enjoyed your stay here overall! We followed up with the homeowner, who wanted to apologize again that the cabin was not properly cleaned before your arrival. They were unaware of your last-minute booking but sent their cleaners over right away once they heard from you. They have since changed their booking rules to ensure they have more notice before check-in, and we are confident this will not happen again.

Marlayne, thank you for sharing your experience, we're pleased you thought our home was nice and we hope you enjoyed your vacation. That said, we apologize for the issues you encountered that detracted from your visit and our local manager assured us they have shared your comments with the homeowner. Additionally, a window cleaning has been scheduled to address the cobwebs and housekeeping has been addressed. We hope you will allow us the chance to provide you with a truly exceptional vacation experience in the future.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about the challenges you experienced with parking, accessing the home, and the other concerns you mentioned. We understand how stressful it can be when things don’t go as smoothly as expected, especially when traveling with little ones. Please know that our local team is aware of your concerns regarding the missing garage code, the steep driveway, bedroom privacy, and safety issues related to toddlers around the stairs, deck, and fireplace. We take these matters very seriously and are committed to addressing them to improve the experience for future guests. Regarding the coffee, we apologize that it did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us ensure our homes are well-stocked and comfortable. Thank you again for bringing these issues to our attention. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to host you again under better circumstances.

Juanice, we're sorry to hear that you didn't fully enjoy your stay at this property. The homeowner has had the carpet professionally cleaned since your stay and has plans to put in runners soon as well. We apologize for any inconvenience. This property does offer amenities such as wine and coffee, although we're sorry if these were not stocked for your stay. We are confident this was an isolated incident, and that it will not occur for future guests. We do mention the steep driveway in the listing description, along with pictures of the entire property, so guests can decide if this property is a good fit for them before booking. As evidenced by other reviews, this owner is known for providing five-star experiences, and we're confident this property will continue to host many satisfied guests! Best, the Evolve Team
