Pets: Allowed at a non-refundable fee of $250 (For Airbnb bookings, it's $250 + service fee, non-refundable pet fee.

The recommended weight limit for a pet at this home is 25lbs, but we're open to considering a slightly heavier weight on a case-by-case basis.

*No parties or events – $5,000 fine will apply if this rule is broken

*Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

*Please do not exceed the number of guests on your reservation

*Summer Air Conditioning Fee $35 per night from April 15 through Oct 31

*The Lead Tenant must be 25 or older (guests of the tenant may be younger as this is a family-friendly home).

*The Lead Tenant must be present/staying at the home for the duration of the stay

Due to occasional high winds, outdoor areas like pool chairs and tanning ledge may collect some dust. Our team cleans regularly, but desert weather can be unpredictable!
