The Ocotillo is a single-story home nestled in the prestigious Indian Palms CC gated community with 24/7 roving security. At the Ocotillo, you will be immersed in breathtaking vistas of the Joshua Tree Mountain Range and the championship 27-hole golf course from the backyard. The house is child-friendly and is equipped with a pack-n-play, highchair, booster seat, and toddler bed. The backyard is fenced, which allows us to accommodate your pet. Relaxing and unwinding await you. By day, recharge in the sparkling private pool or explore the nearby tourist attractions. As night falls, sip a glass of wine in our oversized spa while gazing at the twinkling stars above, or for a change of scenery, gather around the fire pit to roast s'mores with loved ones. The outdoor BBQ area is perfect for grilling delicious meals to savor inside or out.
The living room, dining room area, and open kitchen create the ultimate space for making memories with your family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to make anything from a snack to a gourmet meal. The kitchen also has Keurig and K-Cups available for coffee lovers. All the televisions in the property are equipped with Disney+, HULU, and ESPN. For those blending work and play, we've got you covered. A dedicated workspace and reliable WIFI are available, enabling you to stay connected during your stay.

As guests of the Ocotillo, your reservation is access to the community pools, and Lifestyle Center which includes a fitness center, tennis court, bocce ball courts, and pickle ball courts. A pool key is provided for your convenience. The closest community pool is a 2-minute walk from the house.

Overnight STREET parking is not allowed, but you are allowed to use the four parking spaces provided.

All access pass? Yes! When you arrive, we provide a transponder for entry/exit through any gate in the community. Note: A $100 fee will be assessed for any lost/misplaced transponder.

Do we allow pets? Yes! We welcome your furbabies! A $50 fee is assessed per reservation. Additional fees may apply for longer stays. We provide dog bowls and a spill mat for your loved one.

Spa heat is complimentary
A nightly fee for pool heat is $75.00 to heat the pool to 84 degrees.

How often is the pool cleaned? The pool is cleaned 2x per week on Tuesday and Friday

Your peace of mind and the safety of your children are our top priorities. To enhance child safety, child safety locks are installed on the top and bottom of the patio door leading to the backyard. Additionally, a pool door alarm is installed to provide an extra layer of security and alert you of any access to the pool area.
