THE VIEW
The balcony is off the living area and faces west. You can relax for hours with a great view of the gardens, and even enjoy a peek of the ocean on the left side and boats at the harbor on the right through the building.
KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and comes fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to create any of your favorite vacation foods right from the comfort of your own condo. The dining area has a small table with seating for 4.
LIVING AREAS
G305 is furnished to comfortably house 4 with a a queen-size sofa bed and comfortable oversized chair. The living room also has a 60-inch flat-screen TV with a Blu-Ray/DVD player that you can also use to watch the cable TV with 250+ channels. High-speed cable internet is also included free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - the living room has a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.
The bathroom is across the hall from the bedroom and has a gorgeous walk-in shower with designer tile, and a quartz countertop in the separate dressing area.
SLEEPING
G305 is set up to sleep 4 guests. The bedroom features a king-size bed, 32-inch flat-screen tv with cable, and plenty of additional storage space in the drawers and closet to allow you to unpack and feel at home during your stay Additional sleeping arrangements are found in the living room where there is a queen-sized sofa sleeper.
EXTRAS
-Enjoy an AC window unit in the bedroom to keep you especially cool during the hotter summer nights. Extremely rare find in North Coast Village and none of our other units have AC
This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage underneath the building.
-A PacknPlay Travel Crib is provided in the unit for those traveling with younger guests.
-Hi-speed wireless internet is provided free of charge.
-G305 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (2), beach towels (4), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (2)
