The house was perfect for our 3 couples and infant. It was well equipped, brand new everything, great communication with host, and perfectly situated in downtown historic area. We walked to everything. Will definitely come back if we’re in the area again

Hands down, the nicest home I have ever rented through Vrbo! The property was absolutely immaculate, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was exceptional! The location was fantastic, within easy walking distance of St. Augustine’s historic district. Although some surrounding homes are older or undergoing renovations, the neighborhood felt very safe. My only suggestion would be to add wall-mounted TVs in the bedrooms. Aside from that, I honestly cannot think of a single thing I would change. An absolutely beautiful property, and I will 100% be staying here again!

Listing was exactly as described and spotless, truly a great find. We wanted to be near the historic district. We were able to walk to restaurants and all the sights we wanted to explore.The host answered my questions immediately.Bring your own wine/champagne glasses and wine opener. Other than that, the kitchen was well equipped, as well as the bedrooms and bathrooms. Outside sitting area was a favorite for morning coffee and evening relaxing. I found the front door a little tricky to lock.

The house is beautiful - looks exactly as the pictures shown. Super clean! We walked around in white socks, they were still white after the fact! Kitchen had everything you could need if you wanted to cook. Host was extremely responsive and kind. It was a girls weekend and we were very comfortable. We took advantage of the free tickets and went to the gator farm, super fun day! Would definitely stay here again should the opportunity arise and rate it 10 out of 10!

We travel to St Augustine multiple times a year. We absolutely loved this house! It was so clean, so cute, and could not have been in a better location. It was far enough to be away from the hustle of downtown, nice and quiet, but close enough that downtown was a 5-10 minute walk away. Also, I don't think that the hosts could have stocked it any better. More than enough bedding, all the cookware you could ever need, toiletries, games, plenty of towels... Truly, the host really knows what it's like to be a guest. We will definitely be back! Small consideration: the driveway fit our mid-sized SUV but I don't think it would have fit anything else. Wonderful experience and loved every minute of our stay. This house is in a perfect location to be able to walk to everything. We have stayed in VRBO’s all over the world and this one was the best stocked house we have ever rented. They thought of everything. The beds are super comfortable and the outdoor space is such a nice touch. Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful Property!

Very clean and accommodating. The property is in walking distance to the history district/downtown where you can find restaurants, shops, museums, and galleries. The home is equipped with beach towels and four chairs which was convenient for us. Overall great property. We will definitely be back!

St. Augustine

This home was absolutely beautiful! We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and all of the special little touches. Beds were very comfortable, and the home was spotless. Only negative we could say about this home is that the driveway looks a lot bigger than it is in the picture. We had to get creative with parking (our vehicles could not fit side by side or in a straight line with one behind the other).

Well appointed

Great all included features- comfortable beds, sturdy furniture, wonderful details. Quality linens, each shower has shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser-nice! Beach chairs, & cooler included. kitchen has plenty of cookware and coffeepot is kcup or traditional pot brewing features. Luggage racks may be great to include. Parking is tight and it may be good to leave directions on trash collection. Overall I would definitely book this place again.
