Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home, nested in historic Lincolnville, WALK TO HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ST AUGUSTINE, The Preserved Restaurant, Fish Camp, St Augustine Distillery, the Blue Hen CafĂ©, the Fisherman’s Dock house, local art galleries, San Sebastian winery, 123 Burger House. This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home has everything you need for an amazing stay.
Welcome to this modern retreat. I Hope you enjoy your stay. Please keep the house in order and take care of it. NO SMOKING inside the house. Put all the trash inside the trash bins daily, which are located outside in front of the house. Under NO circumstances would you be able to bring any additional guests without my pre approval, the max guests is SIX. NO PETS allowed. Thanks

Loved our short stay at Casa Escuela in Lincolnville. We were in town for a wedding. The house was very clean and check in was a breeze. The location is super convenient to restaurants and historic St. Augustine. The corner market has delicious treats. The trolley stop on MLK is very close. We enjoyed our stay even with a King tide! Great house!

We were busy visiting family and also trying to enjoy the city. I loved learning the history of Lincolnville. I found my coffee shop right around the corner, and walked the freedom trail including the museum next door. It was always lovely to come "home" to our place.

After booking this location we had great communication with the host. When we arrived for check in at 3pm we had no way of checking in. I called, text and messaged the host with no response. I called VRBO and they escalated the problem and contacted the host. At that time the host had 1 hr to respond or VRBO was moving us to another location which would have been less than ideal. At exactly 5:05 pm the host responded and gave me the code to enter. We didn’t have internet access so I had to message again for that. Upon checkout I didn’t have any details as to what needed to be done so I had to message the host yet again. The house is great and super clean and location was nice. Communication was terrible and after a 6 hr drive and then sitting in a driveway for 2 hours was super upsetting. I would recommend anyone booking this location start asking for check in info 24 hrs in advance

Excellent Two Story Cottage

This home is clean and modern inside and out. The downstairs worked out great for sitting around and playing games at the table. The upstairs is laid out for three bedrooms and individual full baths. Only issue is to make sure the air is on when you arrive. Ac only works when its on. It is a 15 minute walk to St George Street so plan accordingly.

David and property were amazing. The home looked to be recently renovated. The home was very clean. Two out of three bedrooms had there own full bathroom. Given the opportunity to lease this property again, I would do it in a heartbeat.

Modern Gem near Flagler College!

This rental was modern, spotless, and perfectly located for our trip to visit a friend at Flagler College and celebrate my husband’s birthday. The house is within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops, and historic sites. We found a parking lot by the college for our outings due to the questionable weather daily. Overall, it was the ideal place for a quick and affordable getaway!

We loved staying at this property, the home was so beautiful, comfortable, and clean. Our host was very communicative and made sure we felt welcome before we even got there. The location was great, easy walk to all of the restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this home, you won’t be disappointed!!!

Amazing house

The house was beautiful inside and the outside patio was also a highlight, the house is very clean and arrange nicely and also comes with towels, and is only about 3 minutes from town. Would definitely book again if we go back to saint augustine!

Nice House, Quiet Location, Communication Issues

We enjoyed the location and the house but found communicating prior to and after check-in/out with the owner very stressful. We received 1 automated email after booking, and heard nothing for 3 months. 1 week prior we sent 2 emails via VRBO but still no reply. We thought we had been ripped off and called VRBO for help. They asked if we had called the owner and they were surprised when we said we didn't have his contact info. They gave us his number, we called him and he said he does not send an email until 3pm the DAY of ARRIVAL. No communication at all from start until the day of arrival. That is unacceptable. We've booked a lot of homes and everyone has always reached out at least 1 week prior to check-in even if just to say hello. The owner did try to make things better and I did appreciate the effort but to be honest, I was so upset and stressed over the whole ordeal. Maybe reach out to him before you book to see if he replies to your email about his home. If you don't hear from him, then go elsewhere, save yourself the stress and worry about whether you have a place to stay.

The location of this property served us well. For the day we used the hop-on hop-off bus, we found the stop just in front of the house by the Lincolnville museum very convenient. Walking to locations like the fort or Lightner museum was a very walkable distance too. The pictures provide an accurate representation of the interior. The layout served our group of 3 friends very well. Two bedrooms have an attached bathroom, one does not - that half bath is downstairs. The neighborhood is in varied stages of renovation, some properties renovated and some not yet. This one is well renovated with nice features like the lovely granite countertop in the kitchen. Overall, we were very pleased with this house for our stay. Thank you!
