Hands down one of the best if not the best home we've ever stayed at since VRBO began. This home does not disappoint. Great neighborhood within walking distance to downtown. This is one home that will make you want to stay. Very clean, easy check in and top notch! Sort of hate to leave a review as this is a hidden treasure and already making plans for next year.

Mulberry Oasis amazing

This house is just perfect! Amazing location. We have walked everywhere. It really is the most quaint little house. Clean! Spacious! Cutest pool and backyard. First time to St Augustine and we absolutely have fallen in love. Thank you for the wonderful communication and checking in. Would recommend 10/10!

Absolutely wonderful

This property is wonderful. House was so clean and pool as well. Convenient to all the shops and restaurants. Communication with property manager was great. Ryan even left birthday balloons and cookie cake for the kids birthday. We will definitely be back soon.

Our stay here truly felt like a home away from home. The house was super clean, and wonderfully appointed. There was plenty of space to unpack clothing and bathroom necessities for the week. I didn’t feel like I was living out of a suitcase, which is always key for a relaxing vacation. We absolutely loved this house, the pool, and the close proximity to downtown! A few little things that could make this day incredible, would be a few beach chairs (don’t have to be fancy), a full length mirror, a small mirror to use to put makeup on, dryer sheets, and the front door lock fixed. Other than those little things, which didn’t really impact our stay that much, we definitely adored it here! I would do a Return stay, with no hesitation.

Amazing home in the heart of historic St Augustine. Within 10 minutes of several beaches and also walkable into town for shopping and eating, as well as the historical sites such as Castillo de San Marco among many more. The house itself was spacious for us as a family of four with teens (19 and 17) and the back pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing each day/night. There was a slight mixup with us being told there were beach chairs at the home (they are not), however we pivoted and grabbed some extra towels from the local Walmart. Not a huge deal. 10/10 would recommend and return again in the future.

Great for Multigenerational Families

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful cottage within walking distance to historic St Augustine. The two bedrooms on the 1st floor with the primary upstairs gave everyone privacy when needed. The porch swing and backyard/pool were amazing. The only drawback was the poor wifi reception which was frustrating for obtaining information for activities. Overall, a gem of a spot.

Nice clean home close to the main tourist attractions in St A. The house was in excellent condition-clean, not cluttered, easy to access. It has everything needed for cooking (except spices) and a nice pool/hot tub in the backyard. You can leave your car in the driveway and walk or catch the (paid) trolley to tour historic St. A. Highly recommended.

Mulberry Oasis a beautiful stay near Saint Augustine

Our family had a fantastic time in this gorgeous home with beautiful backyard pool. We were so glad to be able to walk not only a few blocks to the main historic district for sightseeing and dinner but also to the wonderful boutiques, coffee shops, and restaurants right around the corner in our quiet little community.

The house was perfect! Just as described and very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable and everyone slept well. We walked to St George street and made the short 10 minute drive to the beach when we wanted to see the sunrise. We had the best time and couldn’t have asked for a nicer place or better location! Pool and hot tub were very nice!!!
