We’re only 15 minutes from downtown Toronto and Toronto Pearson Airport, 5 minutes from the lakefront with parks and trails, and 10 minutes from Port Credit and the GO station. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the nearby park, featuring a kids' playground and tennis court. Additionally, we’re just minutes from the QEW and 427 highways.
In the surrounding area, you'll find a variety of grocery stores, including Costco, Walmart, NoFrills, Freshco, and Starsky, all within a 5–10-minute drive. There are also numerous restaurants and coffee shops nearby.
The Space
Your private space is completely separate, offering a peaceful retreat. The modern kitchen is fully self-contained, equipped with an induction cooktop, hood, fridge, microwave, sink, and cookware. Start your day right with complimentary coffee (via the Keurig machine) and tea. For entertainment, enjoy our Smart TV with a cozy fireplace, and stay connected with high-speed internet. A full-sized washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.
The bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, two side tables, a large mirror, a walk-in closet, and a wall-mounted TV — perfect for watching movies from bed. For additional guests, we offer two double air beds, which can be inflated in minutes. You’ll find extra pillows, blankets, towels, and bedsheets for the air beds in the closet, as well as an iron and ironing board.
Our modern bathroom includes towels, a hairdryer, and hand soap for your convenience.
Step outside to enjoy the fully private backyard, which features a BBQ, bio fireplace, and comfortable sofa — perfect for relaxation.
Guest Access
Guests have private access to the unit, with a smart-lock keypad for easy self-check-in. A door code will be provided prior to your arrival.
Other Things to Note
• The space accommodates 2 adults and 2 kids with an additional fee of $15 per person per night after the first guest.
• Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
• Temperature controls are fixed. Please let us know your preferred temperature, and we’ll adjust it for you. The apartment is equipped with a wall-mounted AC for hot days.
• Free parking is available for 1 car.
• Over night street parking is not allowed. Please park on the driveway to avoid a parking ticket.
• No Parties or Events. Please refrain from playing loud music after 10 pm.
• Please note that the space is not equipped for handicapped access.
