The 1st floor has one bedroom with 2 full beds with its own bath and a 2nd bedroom with a queen Murphy Bed that also has a desk for work space which has use of the first floor hall bath. 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 En-suite bedrooms each with a king size bed and it's own bath (one also has a queen sleep sofa), and the 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and its own 3/4 bath. Each bathroom also has a hair dryer for your use. Enclosed/Screened porch with air hockey/ ping pong table, dining table & chairs, Smart TVs including expanded cable and Peacock streaming service, outside shower & 2 Rehoboth Beach parking permits to use during your stay. Upgrades for 2023 include a new kitchen, washer/dryer and fenced patio with new furniture and a gas grill!
