C'est une unitĂ© magnifique et ensoleillĂ©e au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage, Ă  seulement un pĂątĂ© de maisons et demi de la plage et de la promenade. IL COMPREND UNE STATIONNEMENT HORS RUE SPOT, A RARETÉ AU CENTRE-VILLE REHOBOTH!

Il y a un lit queen dans la chambre avec un lit queen dans le salon en face des canapés et peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. (Non recommandé pour deux couples adultes en raison du manque d'intimité dans la salle de séjour.) Nous ne fournissons pas de linge de maison. Vous devez apporter vos propres draps et serviettes.
La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée afin que vous puissiez faire votre propre cuisine et servir vos repas dans la salle à manger. Netflix avec un lecteur de DVD / Smart TV est inclus. En plus de la douche de la salle de bain, il y a un accÚs à deux douches extérieures fermées. Chaises de plage gratuites incluses.

Vous pouvez vous promener partout: la promenade, la plage, des attractions, des divertissements et de nombreux restaurants et boutiques.

Annual Rehoboth vacation

Becky and Bill have created a magical space that was the perfect size for my wife and our small pup. It comfortably slept 4 as my brother-in-law, his wife, and their 2 small dogs joined us for half the trip. It is close to everything and has a lot of cooking gear for those that like to cook. instructions were clear for check in and check out. Helen, who helps them manage the property was an absolute gem. We're planning to make this our regular spot for our annual vacation. Can't recommend it enough

Great little place in perfect location

This was our second stay here. We like to bring our dog and it is hard to find a clean place to stay that allows pets. You’d never know a dog stepped foot inside! It couldn’t be in a better location and has a ton of natural light. Owners and property manager are great.

Short and sweet

We only spent two nights, but found the “Upper Cottage” an ideal alternative to the sterility of hotels. The location was a five minute walk from everything, yet was peaceful and quiet for this off-season stay. We particularly appreciated the newly remodeled shower/bathroom. The property manager was a delight to deal with by text, and in person. The apartment was truly spotless.

Perfect Location

My husband and I spent a spring weekend at the cottage, and we couldn't wait to book it again! It is the perfect location...beach, restaurants, and wonderful neighborhood to take walks. Becky was so kind and helpful with our stay. We had paid the pet fee for our doggy, but we had to say goodbye to her a week before the trip. Along with some thoughtful, kind words she reimbursed us for our pet fee. We can't wait to get back!

Great stay!!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here with our senior pup! The location couldn’t be more perfect as it’s 2 blocks away from the beach!!! Once we parked the car, we didn’t need to use it for the entirety of our trip. We are hoping to come back with a few friends next summer and are already planning our next trip! There may have been some mixup between Helen and Rebecca as Helen was awaiting our check in at 11am but per the notes we thought we weren’t allowed to arrive until 2pm. Regardless, easy communication, easy to find and Helen was so sweet and helpful!! Truly cannot wait for another trip to this lovely beach town!

Nice cozy place

Overall good but rooms smelled cigarettes mainly in living room and entrance_ Kitchen. The check in and out even thought very professional it was odd We never experience someone checking property Also having to rent linens was very unusual First one for us

Lovely first time trip

We had so much fun In Rehoboth. It was our first time there. Becky gave us a ton of suggestions for restaurants and things to do while we were there. The cottage was clean and well stocked. It was perfect size for us and our teenage son. We even brought our two tiny dogs and had no issues. Everything you need for a low key relaxing beach time. It’s also really nice to have a parking spot since parking gets so dicey around there. We hardly moved our car because you can walk anywhere. We will definitely go back.

great week

i had the cottage and yard all to myself with my dogs. use of beach chairs and a beach cart are a plus. shared ice maker is great. i had a great stay. helen realized i left something behind on our check out so i was very thankful. walkable to everything. cottage was comfy. we used the charcoal grill ( didn’t think the gas was working ) but bring some coals! i didn’t cook at all but appeared to be fully stocked kitchen. lovely time.

This was the perfect spot for a friend and I and our two golden retrievers for a long weekend. There was plenty of space and everything we needed.

3 times a charm

1 and 1/2 blocks from the beach! Easy walk to great restaurants, entertainment and shops. The hosts Becky and Billy are the best. Accessible and very warm, great to deal with. Helen, our check-in and check-out host is a gem. Last time we visited I suggested a full length mirror...and this time...there it was. And a skinny one at that! Our dog LOVES it here.

Great location and great layout

Such a cute little place to stay and so close to the boardwalk and beach. Billy and Becky happened to be there doing some gardening and were so helpful and welcoming! The layout of the place is so well done; it is pretty small square footage wise, but was great for a long weekend with my 2 year old, mother, husband, and our small dog. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location!!!

We were delighted to be able to book this pet friendly, perfectly situated cottage. Helen, who checked us in and out, was absolutely wonderful. The cottage had all the amenities we needed. It was clean and well stocked. We ended up checking out early but only because of the really miserable weather and with our dog, we were very limited to what we could do away from the cottage.The owners reached out to us about the ‘missed’ time in the cottage and offered to make up for it on a future visit, which was very kind and we will hopefully return and have better luck with the weather. GREAT location and pet friendly!!!! Not an easy combination to find.

Kicking off summer 2025

Awesome time in Rehoboth Beach and this house was amazing! Both Helen who checked us in and Becky the owner are fantastic and took care of us like we were family. The house is in a perfect location to walk to everything at the beach. We enjoyed the boardwalk, shops, restaurants and local bars all easily walkable from the house. Renting bikes was a highlight and the kids enjoyed the rides at Funland. 10/10 and we will definitely be back to stay at this house again.

Wonder Memorial Day weekend stay

My husband and I stayed here with my 19 year old son for Memorial Day weekend. Can’t beat this quiet location that is a very quick walk to the beautiful beach. Walking distance to everything to do in Rehobeth. Small space, but just enough room for a family of 2-4. Nicely decorated and appointed. Check in/out with Helen, the property manager was nice and easy.
