If you see the option to book a stay for less than this time, please note that certain platforms display this way to show the breakdown of the monthly rate for this property.

Lower Forrester has a lovely 1450-square-foot floor plan with a big garden. The house is private with a 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom configuration depending on your choice. Laundry is shared with the upper unit.

Parking: 2 yard parking and 1 street parking are included in the monthly rental at no additional cost. Most parking spots are made for a standard-size vehicle, so if you have a non-standard vehicle, please let us know to ensure parking will suit your vehicle.

Cleaning: There is a one-time cleaning fee of $400 that will be added at the time of booking. After every 30 days, there is a 3-hour mid-stay cleaning that will be added to each monthly invoice for $200.00. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning which can also be arranged on an hourly basis based on your needs.

Important notes:
Please note: All our properties have a $500 bylaw fine for smoking within the unit and the building. This includes vaping and marijuana.

There will be important check-in details sent to you from Checked in Victoria Vacations before arrival requesting your access preference, then 7 days before arrival, you will be sent detailed information on your property.

Cancellation policy:
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation it is still refundable less a $175 administrative fee up until you are 30 days before travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are booking a multi-month stay, there will be no administrative fee for changes, and note that you will be required to give 30-day notice of your departure date in writing.
