Ken and his family have created an absolutely delightful place in Ponte Vedra. Our family loved exploring all the fabulous pieces curated over a lifetime and shared with the cabin’s guests.It’s a big space and has all the conveniences and is just a fun space to be in for a relaxing vacation.We highly recommend this place for a stay!

Birthday celebration

We had a wonderful stay. The host was very accommodating and the home was everything we needed to make our stay most rewarding. We even had guests over after the birthday dinner at a most delicious restaurant. I would definitely recommend and we will definitely book again when/if we are in the area again and need a comfortable place to stay. Thanks to the host!!!

What an awesome place to stay! So unique with all kinds of interesting items at every corner! The host Ken was very helpful. We were able to use the outdoor fire pit for s’mores one night. It was convenient to everything in the Ponte Vedra area. Would highly recommend!

The Museum House

Very greatly decorated!

It was amazing, comfy beds warm blankets and a huge dining room that makes you feel like royalty. Many paintings and even a huge statue. The piano in the living room was very tuned and perfect. Games and fun galore! The outside you feel like your in a wonderland of sights to see!

It was amazing! From adults to children we absolutely loved everything about this cabin! Every inch seemed to have something where we said “ omg come look at this”! It had everything we needed and our host was kind and helpful! Perfect space for our multi family get together!

We were in town with family from all over the United States for a celebration of life for my cousin. The location in Palm Valley was perfect. The unique decorations in each room kept our discussions lively. The location near the beach, golf course and the church was fantastic for meeting with everyone and enough space for everyone to get together. The front porch and fire pit were an appreciated bonus.

The cabin was amazing and the host was wonderful with communication and everything that was needed for our stay. It was a very peaceful and relaxing few days, and it took a few days just to look at everything throughout the cabin. We will definitely be returning and booking this cabin again.

BOOK IT!

This place is incredibly unique. The decor is fascinating. Each corner has something to gaze at. Beds were comfortable. The house was clean and sanitized. Plenty of room for 7 of us to sprawl out. The kitchen was stocked with everything one could need. They even had exercise equipment! Free weights, kettle bells, etc.The front yard is a jungle paradise. Fire pit, hammock, frog pond. There’s even a cannon! Plenty of front porch seating. The owners are kind and go above and beyond. They provided wonderful recommendations to check out the area. Responsive and on top of every question and need.This place is a treasure. We will be back!

Camp Full of Whimsy

Our friends and we enjoyed a two-night weekend stay at Camp Luxe. The house was clean, attractive and wonderfully quirky, decorated with interesting artifacts and furniture, classic games, and exotic lighting laid out in a comfortable space. The home easily accommodated our party of four adults and two children. We took advantage of pleasant outdoor seating areas in the afternoon and found bedrooms conducive to a good night's sleep. Ken is a responsive owner who provided clear directions and instructions in a friendly fashion. Our only two minor complaints were a few challenges in locating light switches and additional towels. In all, though, we would highly recommend this property for a visit that is out of the ordinary.

The house was super clean, plaques on all the beds, and stickers on the bathroom's, kitchen, and living room letting you know what day was cleaned and sanitized before your arrival. The interior decoration was awesome, plenty of neat little things to look at all over the house. The host was very tentative and helpful. We used this house as a last family vacation before our oldest daughter went off to basic training for the Army, and the host checked on us the afternoon she departed to make sure everyone was okay, and even offered to extend the check out time if needed to help with getting everything together during the emotional time. Highly, highly, highly recommend anyone to give this home a try. The host controls the temperature of the house remotely, and within a minute of texting them it was warm in there after a long day at the beach, they text back and had the problem handled, with an almost immediate notice in temperature drop. Everything you will need is there from bathing, to cooking, all you need is your clothes. We honestly can not say enough good things about our stay. Will definitely be back if we have another trip to Florida. Awesome house, and even better host. One-thousand percent pleased.

The positives - the host was very friendly and accommodating. The front porch overlooking the yard was very peaceful. There were many interesting pieces inside the house. However, there were too many interesting pieces in the house. It seemed much more crowded than the photos alluded to and could use about a 30% reduction in items. I would not rent this place with small children or elderly people for a couple of reasons. For one, the shower situation leaves something to be desired. In the master bath, the shower is as narrow as the small claw foot tub. You cannot shower there without the curtain touching you. The second bathtub/shower is not on the floor, there is a very high step up, to then step over the side of the tub to get in. If you are tall, you will be touching the ceiling with your head. The master bed is very hard. I realize the house is old, however, there are several concerning electrical issues, and it’s a log cabin.

Regarding your comfort, we offer several different beds throughout the cabin to accommodate a variety of preferences. We also want to clarify that our cabin is professionally maintained and regularly inspected.
