On the ocean!!

House was absolutely beautiful, with gorgeous views from every room! We have never stayed so close to the ocean, and it was amazing!! House was fully stocked, from the kitchen, to the bathrooms, to beach towels, and tons of beach toys! We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay, and are so grateful you shared your home with us. Can’t wait to go back!!

A week away with great friends

All four of us agree that we give this house 5 stars. Great location, comfy beds, nicely stocked kitchen, great outdoor space, although too cold for us to enjoy the house has beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, and boogie boards. The house is convenient to St. Augustine, and a great beach for walking. We enjoyed the outdoor space a lot and had multiple fires in the fire pit. Hint: we recommend wood from Beach Boys Firewood..they deliver and stack! We would definitely stay here again. nice beach to walk

The house is very nice but lacks furniture in the bedrooms, had only one couch and two wooden chairs in the living room, no hair dryers and overall very sparsely appointed.

Beautiful property with all amenities we could possibly want. Extremely clean throughout, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, amazing views. Worth every penny; we can't wait to go back. I wish there was a gate at the front, as it was nerve wracking to be outside with a 2-year-old, just steps away from busy A1A. As other clients have mentioned, communication with the manager was less than stellar; thankfully we did not need anything once we were installed.Overall, I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Surprise at the Beach

What makes this beach rental different from others are the expansive views from every room!! You just don’t find this often. Its perfect for two couples as long as one couple doesn’t mind a queen bed. The kids bunk area would be great for teenagers or pre teens. If you have toddlers definitely bring a baby gate if you plan for them to be upstairs.The kitchen has fabulous views and we loved the double dishwasher. Great open concept!!The laundry room with full bath on the ground floor make a great space to wash off the sand. All appliances are top notch!The beach is quiet with not a lot of foot traffic. The ocean breeze and sounds of the waves crashing will make you not want to leave! Linens, bath towels and beach towels are top quality!! Nespresso and frother machines on site! Beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys are plentiful.

This house is great! You’ll love the deck and bottom porch and dining area. The house has a great layout! The kids absolutely love their upstairs room. The views are incredible. We love the area! Appreciate all the little details that this owner takes to make this feel nice.

Our home away from home!!

This was our second stay at this property, and it was still as amazing as last year. In fact, we booked our stay for next year before we ever left the property this time. I am an extremely “picky” person when it comes to cleanliness, and this home is always fresh and above the typical “beachfront homes.” If you’re looking for the perfect stay, and a property owner who is super easy to keep in touch with, even for minor details, go plan a trip to this home! Go, run! You won’t regret it! Thank you for sharing your home with our family!

My wife liked it better than visits to Hawaii, California, Arizona, Florida panhandle, Seattle, etc.... That had everything to do with the location and layout of the house. 'Nough said.

PVB Beach Stay

Great location in PVB with the beach as your backyard. Fun to see dolphins swim by and lots of turtle nests in the area. Nothing beats being able to sip a hot cup of coffee on a porch as you watch the sun rise. Great sized home for a small group. Convenient to have bathrooms in each room and a full bathroom at the bottom of the home for ease right when you entered the house. Great to have the beach chairs/toys/towels provided too! Very well stocked home but close enough to restaurants and grocery to pick up food. The home looked and felt clean but we did have an issue with cockroaches in one of the bathrooms. It’s Florida, we’re used bugs but disappointed in the lack of communication when the issue was presented.

Ocean life...so good!

Our family stayed for a week at this beautiful home, just steps from the ocean. If you like the sun, sand, and beach, this is the location for you. Feels like you are on a private island during the day, with all the amenities of St. Augustine (less than 20 minutes away) for dining at night. The house is everything! The outdoor lounge area with dining table, grill, chaise chairs, and shade is just perfect. The property is very clean and has all the feels of an upscale modern resort. Thank you for sharing your vacation home, we enjoyed every minute of this piece of paradise!

Wonderful beach house, great location!

I love this house! This was our second time staying here and we enjoyed it so much again. You are so close to the ocean, you can sit out on the deck, or in the area under the house for maximum shade, and you feel like you're right on the beach. I love the location between Jacksonville and St. Augustine, so easy to get to attractions in either city. There are lots of restaurants nearby to try, and the kitchen was very well equipped with lots of spices and other supplies and great pots and pans. This time we tried the grill. It hadn't been cleaned by the previous user, but we were able to get it clean enough to cook. The natural gas hookup seemed to not be working but there was some charcoal so we tried that, and were able to enjoy some grilled sausages and burgers. I was surprised to find that there were no laundry supplies (last time there was everything you would need!) so we bought stuff to be able to wash the sheets as we were leaving per the checklist. It would be a plus to have a coffee table or a couple of little tables for the couch area. Overall, another outstanding stay!

Dream vacation and location!!

We come to St. Augustine every summer. The beach is our absolute favorite home away from home. We always say several things that would have made our stay better, but I promise, this house checked almost every box. If there was anything “to fix,” it would only be minor things like a working can opener, casserole dishes, and a blender for the kitchen. The washer and dryer are super small, so with lots of family, it’s sort of hard to “keep up” with laundry if that is important to you. Again, life in this house and on this beach were divine without these few things, so we managed by making small sacrifices. I can assure you, we would stay here again and again and again even if these few things weren’t changed. This is the cleanest house we have EVER stayed in while vacationing. Communicating with the homeowner was flawless as well. My husband and kids swear we will never stay anywhere but this house as long as we can! Thank you for making so many amazing memories for our family by providing us with a dream location! ❤️ We will be booking for next year’s trip ASAP. JJ & Missy

Beautiful Beach house on a quiet stretch of beach.

We just needed a quick getaway to one of our favorite areas of Florida. We were so lucky to find this house still available for only a 4 night stay. We absolutely love this stretch of beach. Whole days would go by and we hardly saw anyone in our direct area. The homes here have had new bulkheads put in and I hope this helps them all stay safe from changes here on the beach. This home was great for my family, with 2 young adult kids. They were not crazy about the bright mornings (lack of black out shades in the bedrooms), nor the tiny bunk beds up a spiral staircase... the petite 23 year old had to sleep up there. The mattresses in the house were all very comfortable, however. There were plenty of linens and beach towels and that was terrific. But our favorite aspect of the home was the kitchen. We didn't cook any big meals, because we love the restaurants in this area too much, but in this house the kitchen is the center of the action and the appliances were a delight to use. The countertops had more than enough space for all our junk, and I can see myself making a lovely meal here if we decide to rent again in the future, which I definitely would. Hope to get back here again soon!
