Thank you for sharing your concerns. We’d like to clarify that during your stay, the only issue reported to our team was the fallen tree branch. One of our managers coordinated with you directly and communicated with you regarding the claim related to that incident. We did not receive any reports during the stay regarding ants, mold in the refrigerator, restroom cleanliness, or the clogged upstairs shower. Had these been brought to our attention at the time, we would have taken immediate steps to address them. We regret your frustration and appreciate you sharing this feedback.
